Chapter 526

Tell him who your man is. The car behind slammed into his arrogantly and violently, tearing his seatbelt loose. His forehead hit the dashboard with a sickening boom, leaving the second-generation rich man gasping for breath, tears welling in his eyes. He touched his forehead. "Ah, blood!" His forehead was smashed and bleeding.

This rich man, with an extremely elite family background, always ranked first in Imperial. Accustomed to arrogance, no one dared offend him. Whoever dared to hit him with a car must be incredibly stupid! He flung open his driver's door, angrily charging toward the offending vehicle, but stopped short. It was a Rolls-Royce Phantom, a limited-edition luxury car. The car was incredibly expensive, but the license plate was even more dazzling. While Imperial had no shortage of wealthy people who bought luxury cars, Imperial license plates couldn't be bought; they symbolized power and supremacy. This Phantom boasted a legendary sky-hanging license plate, visible across the entire city.

The second-generation rich man's eyes widened. A terrible premonition washed over him. Had he offended someone incredibly powerful?

The commotion attracted a crowd of onlookers. Olive and Nathan, having stopped running, quickly spotted Elvis's distinctive car. Elvis, a dedicated and thoughtful man with foresight, impeccable taste, and undeniable style, had always driven a Rolls-Royce. And the woman he loved hadn't changed in three years. Olive's eyelashes fluttered; she hadn't expected Elvis's unexpected return. His extended business trip and an unhappy video chat had led to his disappearance from her life, leaving Olive and Nathan to build their own happiness. Now, Elvis was back.

His car had rear-ended the second-generation rich man's sports car. The neon-lit Rolls-Royce exuded an aura of royalty. The all-black windows obscured the interior, yet Olive felt a deep, sharp gaze fixed on herโ€”a smug, condescending look. She felt a tremor of unease; only one person could elicit such a feeling: Elvis.

The second-generation rich man, on the verge of collapse, stammered, "Whoโ€ฆ who are you...?"

A click. The driver's door opened, revealing Elvis's tall, handsome figure. He wore a thin black wool coat, a crisp white shirt, a neatly knotted tie, and a black business vest adorned with a gleaming brooch. He possessed the air of an elite businessman and the calm composure of high society.

A collective "Wow!" erupted from the onlookers, stunned by his striking appearanceโ€”a blend of long-legged idol drama superstar and domineering CEO.

The second-generation rich man quickly recognized Elvis. As a child, he had been brought by his father to an Augustine family party where he'd met Elvis, the eldest son. Over the years, Elvis's power and fame had grown exponentially, leaving a lasting impression on the young man. An aura of power, unlike anything he'd ever encountered, radiated from Elvis, leaving him utterly shocked. His gaze fell upon the silver button on Elvis's sleeve, bearing the word "Augustine." The second-generation rich man's mind reeled. It was truly him... Elvis Augustine, today's number one tycoon.

Elvis ignored the second-generation rich man, striding towards Olive and Nathan. He lowered his eyelids and touched Nathan's head. Little Nathan, lifting his cherubic face, whispered, "Dad." Elvis bent down, scooped up Nathan, and held him close. "Let's go home."

Nathan glanced at Olive, who stood frozen. She wanted to approach him, to keep Elvis from knowing, but suspected he already did. Their face-to-face encounter caught her completely off guard. Elvis's deep, narrow eyes fixed on her delicate face. He frowned deeply. "Olive, aren't you very good at eloquence? Why are you speechless in front of others?"

"What?" Olive exclaimed, her bright eyes wide with bewilderment, unsure why he was suddenly chastising her.

The next second, Elvis's large hand enveloped her small one, his fingers tightening slightly around her soft hand. He coldly looked at the second-generation rich man. "Tell him who your man, Nathan's father, is!"

Olive shivered. Her manโ€ฆ?

Seeing her hesitate, Elvis's fingers tightened again. Olive, complying, looked at the second-generation rich man and declared in a clear voice, "You're blind! Open your eyes wide! This is the little prince of the Augustine family, Nathan. His father, Elvis, is standing right in front of you!"

A hush fell over the crowd. Whispers circulated. Was thisโ€ฆ the legendary Elvis?

The second-generation rich man crumbled, replaying his actions in his mind: attempting to steal Elvis's woman, berating his son, and even boasting of kneeling before him. The reality of his actions hit him with crushing force. He felt he was about to kneel before Elvis.
