Chapter 674: Your Mommy Gave Birth to Triplets

Olive was sleeping. Elvis shook her, and she pouted her red lips in displeasure. โ€œHmm, go away, donโ€™t disturb my sleep!โ€

โ€œOlive, how can you still be sleeping now? Get up and explain what you mean by Levi being my son!โ€ Elvis felt like he was going crazy. Heโ€™d never considered it, never dared to.

โ€œLeviโ€ฆโ€ Olive murmured, โ€œLevi, you need to take care ofโ€ฆ Ivy, oh, you, as her big brother, should take care of little sisterโ€ฆโ€

Elvis suddenly remembered the small, soft, cute girl heโ€™d seen at the airportโ€”a porcelain doll, a miniature Olive. Her presence had melted his heart.

He knew Ivy was Leviโ€™s sister; fraternal twins. Ivy, Levi, and his son, Nathan, were all three years old. Could it beโ€ฆ?

A possibility struck Elvis. His deep eyes surged with emotion. He realized he might have been living a lie. Tonight, heโ€™d uncovered a shocking secret.

Little Nathan was brought back to the villa. โ€œYoung Master, Master is waiting for you in the study.โ€

โ€œI know.โ€ Little Nathan went upstairs and entered the study.

It was late; the world outside was asleep. But the study was brightly lit. Elvis hadnโ€™t slept; he sat at his desk, slender fingers holding a cigarette, smoke curling around him.

The ashtray overflowed with butts. Heโ€™d been smoking for a long time; the room was thick with smoke.

Little Nathan calmly opened a window, letting in fresh air. He looked at Elvis. โ€œDaddy, whatโ€™s wrong?โ€

Little Nathan had been summoned. For three years, father and son had depended on each other. This was the first time Nathan had seen his father so desolate, so chillingly despondent.

Amidst the smoke, Elvisโ€™s brow furrowed. He stubbed out his cigarette and spoke in a low voice, โ€œI need you to find Levi. Find him quickly and bring him to me.โ€

โ€œLeviโ€™s a top-notch hacker. Iโ€™ve clashed with him before; heโ€™s clever, difficult to track. It will take time,โ€ Little Nathan explained objectively.

Elvis produced a photograph and slid it across to Nathan.

Little Nathan looked at it; his bright eyes widened. The photo showed Ivy, her delicate face mirroring Oliveโ€™s, a tiny, adorable dumpling.

Due to their close bond, Nathan almost instantly recognized her as his motherโ€™s daughter. โ€œDaddy, what does this mean? Did Mommy have twins? Did she give birth to Levi and a little sister?โ€

โ€œHeh,โ€ Elvis took another drag of his cigarette, a plume of smoke escaping his lips. He glanced at Nathan. โ€œWhy donโ€™t you say Mommy gave birth toโ€ฆ triplets?โ€

Triplets?

Elvis and Nathan were both highly intelligent; they rarely needed lengthy explanations. The word โ€œtripletsโ€ sparked instant understanding in Nathanโ€™s eyes.

โ€œDaddy, thatโ€™s not funny!โ€

Elvis withdrew his gaze, his voice devoid of humor. โ€œIndeed, itโ€™s not.โ€

Father and son fell silent; the studyโ€™s atmosphere grew heavy.

After a while, Elvis said quietly, โ€œKeep Levi occupied. Make sure he canโ€™t interfere.โ€

โ€œDaddy, are you going toโ€ฆ get this little sister?โ€ Little Nathan grasped his fatherโ€™s intent. Elvis nodded. โ€œYes. Once we have Ivy, Levi will come looking. Then the truth will come out.โ€

Little Nathan agreed. โ€œUnderstood.โ€

Ivy attended kindergarten. Beautiful and adorable, she was a star. Everyone loved her. But today, an incident occurred.

A pretty girl, Sophia, stood with her hands on her hips, pointing at Ivy. โ€œIโ€™ve never seen your daddy. Do you even have a daddy? My mommy says kids without daddies are illegitimate, and nobody likes them.โ€ Before Ivyโ€™s arrival, Sophia had been the kindergarten princess. Ivyโ€™s arrival had relegated her to a supporting role.

Sophiaโ€™s father had once picked her up from school, encountering Olive. Heโ€™d been captivated by Oliveโ€™s beauty, and now came every day just to see her.

This led to jealousy. Sophiaโ€™s father despised his wife, calling her plain, an embarrassment. Sophia had seen her mother cry in secret.

Sophia disliked Ivy and her mother intensely. She believed Ivy had stolen her spotlight and her fatherโ€™s affection. Her mother had called Olive a โ€œseductive vixen,โ€ a husband-stealer.

Sophia knew Ivyโ€™s father never picked her up. Sheโ€™d heard Olive was unmarried, a single mother. Ivy was illegitimate, a tool for seducing men.

โ€œIvy, you donโ€™t have a daddy, huh? So pitiful. But your mommy probably has lots of unclesโ€ฆ lovers! She changes daddies every day!โ€

Ivy, gentle and sheltered, had never faced such cruelty, such attacks on her mother.

Her face fell. She stepped forward, glaring at Sophia. โ€œI do have a daddy, and my mommy is not a vixen!โ€

Sophia pushed Ivy. Ivy fought back.
