Listen to this chapter:

Wow, the cream of her trench coat, barely reaching her knees, suggested that she didn’t think the back…

Then, turning to Levin, she walked, turned, and let her eyes linger. “Every looks breathtaking today,” she said. A nonchalant shrug.

Though she appeared petite, her figure was unexpectedly curvy, especially her small waist, which one could almost imagine placing his hand on.

He swallowed hard, making his Adam’s apple bob. Burning throat.

Feeling a bit warm, he cleared his throat and said coolly, “Let’s go. The event is starting.”

(Just arrived at the auction venue and kept pulling out his phone, checking if the money had arrived in his account. The event was about to begin, but his bank…)

He dialed. As soon as the call connected, he blurted out, “Zayn, where’s the money?”

Following the detour, Zayn spotted Julie standing with Blair. Blair said something, causing Julie to smile faintly. Zayn’s expression immediately darkened.

He strode forward with a grim look, but just as he was about to reach them, a middle-aged man stepped in front of him, blocking his path. The man greeted him cheerfully, “Mr. Prytan, long time no see.”

Zayn nodded lightly, irritation flashing in his eyes.
