After breakfast, Yvette decided to go shopping with Bonnie. Just as they were about to leave, Jeremiah's phone rang. He answered, giving Yvette a "wait a sec" look. It was Zane. After a brief conversation, Jeremiah hung up and turned to Yvette. "Zane called. Jason's been caught. He asked if you want to head over and see for yourself?"

Yvette, dressed head-to-toe in black with a low baseball cap, casually raised her eyebrows. "No, handle it as you see fit."

Jeremiah nodded. "All right, let's go. I'll drop you both at the mall; I've got things to take care of anyway." He turned to Bonnie. "Which mall?" Bonnie shrugged. "No preference; just want to wander." Andrew, seeing them leave, shouted, "Wait up!" and joined them.

They headed to Skyline Plaza, the largest mall in downtown Seacrity. The place overflowed with high-end cosmetics, clothes, and luxury items. Everything screamed wealth and exclusivity. Even the fruit was imported, with exorbitant prices once featured in the news. Jeremiah parked at the entrance, and a valet rushed to greet them, slightly taken aback by the group's striking appearance.

Inside the car, Bonnie gently tugged Yvette's sleeve. Yvette, settling comfortably, closed her eyes to rest, using the blanket Jeremiah had prepared.

"Yvette, we're here," Bonnie said, staring speechless at the massive 3D billboard. This was definitely a place where big spenders splashed cash.

Yvette stretched, glancing out the window. Her bright eyes, hidden beneath long lashes, showed no sign of tiredness. "Already?" she asked.

Jeremiah turned off the engine, handed Yvette the blanket, and produced a sleek black card. "We're here. Enjoy yourselves. Use the card—no limit. I'll pick you and Andrew up for dinner later. Barbecue?"

Yvette raised her perfectly shaped eyebrows. "Okay." She slipped the card into her pocket, though spending wasn't on her mind. Jeremiah was used to her; when it came to food, there was no arguing.

Bonnie, meanwhile, stared wide-eyed at the card. Growing up in a less affluent neighborhood, she'd never seen one before. "So that's what a black card looks like?" she thought, blinking. "Doesn't look that different from my debit card!"

She swallowed hard and asked, half-jokingly, "Wait… is there really no limit? Like, for real? This is the kind of thing those CEOs in romance novels give their girlfriends, right? Damn, never thought I'd see one!"

Andrew chuckled at Bonnie's amazement. "What's the big deal?" he thought. Even if Jeremiah did nothing else, he'd still be wealthy. He pulled out his own black card. "Look, take mine. Swipe it anywhere—no limit."

Bonnie blinked, then quickly shoved it back. "No, no! I'm just browsing. I don't want to buy anything! If I lost this, I couldn't pay it off even if I sold myself!"

Andrew chuckled. He'd given similar cards to many girlfriends, all thrilled, but Bonnie rejected it.

Yvette and Bonnie exited the car. The greeters bowed respectfully as they entered the mall.

Bonnie whispered, "Yvette, this place is fancy! Even the greeters are polite."

Yvette, hands in her pockets, said calmly, "Where do you want to go?" Bonnie, noting the designer labels, decided to stick to window shopping. "The women's clothing section," she said. Yvette nodded. "Alright, second floor."

Bonnie followed Yvette to the elevator. Yvette then received a text from a contact named Flying Fish and asked Bonnie to proceed while she used the restroom.

Bonnie browsed; every time she liked something, the price tag stopped her. "If I worked from the Tudor Dynasty until now…" she sighed.

Noticing Yvette's absence, Bonnie continued strolling and saw a gorgeous tutu dress. She went inside to try it on. Winona and Yulia entered the same store shortly after.

Winona, relieved after resolving Jason's situation, decided to treat herself and the exhausted Yulia to a shopping trip, hoping to improve their relationship. Yulia, overwhelmed with wedding preparations, was unenthusiastic but softened at the thought of her grandchild.

Winona, oblivious to Yulia's displeasure, liked the store's vibe. Bonnie, having tried on the tutu dress, locked eyes with Winona. Winona was surrounded by salespeople laden with clothes. Bonnie recognized her and realized the rumors of Winona's pregnancy and marriage to Victor were true. Yulia, relaxing on a VIP sofa, also noticed Bonnie and vaguely remembered her from a previous meeting with Yvette. Winona, however, gave Bonnie a cold look.
