Chapter 356: Harmonyโs Comeback
Hayleyโs POV:
I instructed, โThomas, I want to arrange a fan meet-and-greet.โ
There was a long pause on the other end of the line. Thomas was so stunned he couldnโt respond immediately.
โAlpha, did you say a fan meet-and-greet?โ he asked, his voice full of excitement.
I grunted and continued. โIโve noticed that many of my friends seem to like Harmony, and I want to fulfill a small wish of theirs. Especially Christine.โ
Thomas understood, but his voice still carried a hint of concern. โBut Alpha, if you hold a fan meet-and-greet, itโs going to cause a huge stir. Donโt forget how famous you were back in the day,โ he continued. โEven though some time has passed, your fans are incredibly loyal. The buzz may have died down a bit, but youโre still on par with top-tier artists.โ
I explained, โI know. Thatโs why Iโm planning for it to be a small gathering. No need to make it too big.โ
โUnderstood, Alpha,โ Thomas replied respectfully. โIโll start reaching out. When do you want to schedule it?โ
I thought for a moment and said, โLetโs wait until after the SATs are over. Thereโs just over a month left; that should be enough time.โ
โGot it,โ Thomas said, confirming the plan.
I had no idea that my small decision would cause ripples in the entertainment world by the time I hung up the phone.
The next day, as I walked into school, I overheard my classmates discussing the news.
โDid you hear? Harmonyโs coming back.โ
โThis is true! Itโs serious. I heard it from an insider: Harmonyโs going to hold a fan meet-and-greet, and itโs happening at Astoria,โ
โI have to get tickets on time. I canโt miss this!โ
I was shocked. How was it possible for everyone to know about it overnight? The news spread way too fast.
Immediately, I called Thomas and asked, โWhat happened? How does everyone already know about this?โ
Thomas sighed, sounding a bit helpless. โIโm sorry, Alpha. I only called about the venue, but I accidentally let it slip that Harmonyโs holding a fan meet. Once it got out, there was no stopping itโit spread online in no time. Itโs your popularity, Alpha. Itโs just impossible to contain this.โ
His explanation left me speechless.
Seeing that I was silent, Thomas cautiously added, โAlpha, I swear it wasnโt intentional. If youโre upset, I can go and delete the posts right now.โ
After a moment of thinking, I asked, โWhatโs the venue situation?โ
โNo problems there. When they heard it was you holding the meet-and-greet, they said theyโd clear out the largest arena for you. But since you mentioned not wanting it to be too big, I turned them down. Still, based on the excitement from the fans, Iโm worried there might not be enough tickets, someone might take advantage and raise ticket prices. In the end, the fans would be the ones paying the price.โ Thomas reported.
I made my decision. โIn that case, letโs go ahead and book the arena. As for the ticket prices, keep them low. All profits should be donated to a charity.โ
โGot it, Alpha. Iโll take care of it,โ Thomas reassured me.
Once everything was set, I was able to focus on my classes again.
Finally, the weekend arrived, and I was able to see Benjamin, who had been missing for a few days. Hera, who had been down and troubled, brightened up the moment she saw him.
As soon as I stepped outside the school gates, I saw Benjaminโs familiar car. The door opened, and Benjamin walked toward me. Tall and handsome, with the powerful presence of an alpha, he effortlessly attracted the attention of several girls in the crowd. I could hear whispers of people praising his good looks from the crowd. However, his gaze remained fixed on me. He ignored the stares from everyone else and slowly walked toward me, step by step.
