Caspian was nervous the landline call went through.

"Well? Did she answer?" Atlas asked, wincing from a chest wound.

The phone rang until it disconnected. Caspian shook his head. "She didn't answer or hang up."

"Let's try again! She might not have checked her phone," Atlas said, feeling guilty. He knew Odalys didn't want to answer.

"It's no use. She probably doesn't want anything to do with the Bennett family," Caspian said, slumping onto the sofa.

Atlas remained silent.

"Do you think Moon really did that? She went out with Sophia this morning. Why a hotel? To compromise herself for financial support after divorcing Dad?" Atlas asked, puzzled.
