Chapter 11

"I've already set the wedding date, ma'am. I just wanted to surprise Madison," Archie explained kindly. "It's in three days, on the Venizon Cruise, which will have docked at Yrando's harbor by then. The ceremony will be held on the ship."

"Venizon Cruise?" Pia asked, unfamiliar with the vessel.

Madison's excitement was evident. "Venizon Cruise? Is that the world's most luxurious cruise ship—the Venizon Cruise?" she asked Archie.

"Exactly," Archie nodded proudly. Hosting a wedding on the Venizon Cruise wasn't a right afforded to everyone; it was a clear demonstration of the Price family's status in Yrando.

"Oh my goodness! Is this true, honey?" Madison exclaimed, her excitement uncontainable.

The Venizon Cruise was the world's number one cruise ship. Its construction cost alone exceeded ten billion dollars! It was even compared to a floating palace. More importantly, its owner was the world's richest man—Blackheart.

"The world's most luxurious cruise?" Pia's eyes gleamed. "You're too kind, Archie!"

"You're amazing, Archie!" Skyler added.

"My pleasure. Madison's happiness is all that matters," Archie said cheerfully. He gazed earnestly at Madison. "Are you happy with my plans, Madison?"

"Of course!" Madison nodded firmly.

"Then we'll have the wedding first, before registering the marriage, okay?" Archie asked. This was also part of his plan: to use the wedding to manipulate Madison before discarding her. The marriage registration was merely a delaying tactic; it would never happen.

"Okay!" Madison, deeply touched, replied. "I love you so much, dear!" She kissed his cheek.

"I love you too," Archie said, smiling. Everything was proceeding as planned.

"Honey, the Venizon Cruise has never docked at Yrando's harbor. Why would it dock this time?" Madison asked curiously. A ship as extravagant as the Venizon Cruise wouldn't dock at just any harbor; it would require a major port and wouldn't stay for long. Why Yrando?

"From what I understand, Blackheart is welcoming a significant, mysterious guest," Archie replied.

"What kind of big shot would warrant Blackheart's personal welcome?" Madison was shocked. And this guest was in Yrando!

"I'm not sure," Archie shook his head.

"Will we meet them at the wedding, dear?" Madison asked excitedly.

"Of course. Meeting Blackheart himself at least once won't be difficult," Archie said proudly. "He'll personally give us his blessing." This wasn't Archie's arrangement; Blackheart always congratulated couples married on the Venizon Cruise. Few knew this; Archie learned it from Blackheart's secretary.

"You're amazing, honey! I love you so much!" Madison cried, oblivious to Archie's true intentions. She longed to be pregnant with Archie's children. (The promotional sentence for FindNovel.net has been removed.)

Blackheart, the world's wealthiest man, was someone Madison only dreamed of meeting. As for the mysterious guest, Madison hoped for a personal introduction. Making connections with them would propel her into elite society; she was confident in her looks and abilities.

Meanwhile, Cameron moved into Azure Residence's most luxurious villa, Azure Villa No. 1, a misty, ethereal place. After five years, he was back. He sat on the couch, overwhelmed with emotion.

That evening, hungry, Cameron decided to order takeout. However, Azure Residence's strict security and privacy policies prevented delivery. He had to go out to retrieve his food.

Returning to the villa, he was approached by a Rolls Royce carrying Archie and Madison, who had spotted him.

Madison's disdain was evident. "It's him again. Mother was right—he's lingering! Stop the car, dear. I need to settle things with him so he never bothers me again." She didn't want Cameron interfering with her relationship with Archie.

"I'll come with you," Archie said, intending to assert his dominance. He was using Madison, but wouldn't allow another man's attention.

The Rolls Royce stopped before Cameron. The bright headlights forced him to squint. After adjusting, he saw Madison and Archie exiting.

Madison stormed towards him, yelling, "I haven't gotten back at you for hurting my brother, and you're shamelessly stalking me? And how dare you hang up on me earlier? You said you didn't want my family bothering you, yet you're following me now?"

"Following you?" Cameron scoffed. He hadn't even begun to complain about his bad luck in encountering her again.

"Aren't you?" Madison glared.

"Is there something wrong with me living here?" Cameron asked flatly.

"You live here?" Madison was stunned. Seeing his takeout, she scoffed, "You're so poor you order takeout, yet you act rich? Which villa?"

"Azure Villa No. 1," Cameron replied.

"No. 1? Hahaha! He says he lives in Azure Villa No. 1, dear!" Madison laughed incredulously.

Archie snorted in disdain. Azure Residence was extremely exclusive. Even Archie had only managed a villa on the hillside. Azure Villa No. 1 belonged to Blackheart.

"You're shameless, Cameron Morgan! Do you know who owns Azure Villa No. 1?" Madison jeered.

"I told you—me," Cameron stated.

"Are you serious? You can afford Azure Villa No. 1?" Madison was furious. Did he think they were fools?

"What does my finances have to do with you?" Cameron retorted calmly.

"You!" Madison, losing her temper, revealed, "Blackheart, the world's richest man, owns Azure Villa No. 1! And I'm marrying Mr. Price in three days. Don't show up around me like a stray dog. You've lost your chance!"

"You're getting married? Congratulations," Cameron said with a faint smile.

Madison was taken aback. She hadn't expected such a reaction. It felt like she was punching air, fueling her anger. She wanted to see him embarrassed and sad, not this calm demeanor.
