Chapter 153
"Lustful bastard?" Cameron was stunned. What had happened? Why did Lena think of him as a lustful bastard?
"Yes, you're a lewd devil! A pervert!" Lena gritted her teeth, revealing murderous intent. She wanted to cut him to pieces.
"What?" Cameron had no idea what she was saying. She'd not only called him a lustful bastard but also a lewd devil. He was a decent, upright adult. Yet, she was portraying him as an evil, terrible man.
"Colonel Bailey, is there a misunderstanding?" Cameron asked. Something was clearly wrong.
"Misunderstanding? Yes, I did misunderstand you!" Lena gritted her teeth, her face pale. "I thought you were reliable, but I didn't expect you to do that! You're worse than a beast!"
"Worse than a beast?" Cameron frowned, bewildered by her words. "Can you clarify this? I have my dignity. I won't be insulted without reason." His tone lowered; he had a temper, too.
"Dignity? You motherless bastard!" Lena raged, unleashing a torrent of insults. Even then, she wasn't satisfied; he had taken her virginity. Anger surged within her. Cameron's face darkened at the word "motherless." Mentioning his deceased mother was his most sensitive point.
"Lena Bailey, watch your mouth." He stared at her grimly.
Her heart skipped a beat. She felt like a ferocious beast was staring at her, but quickly regained her composure. Remembering his actions and his denial, her anger flared again. She drew her pistol, pointing it at his head. "You damned gangster! I'll kill you!"
Chapter 153 (Continued)
With a pistol pointed at his head, Cameron suppressed his anger. "Colonel Bailey, can't you just explain this? You don't have to resort to this."
"Explain?" Lena's eyes widened, and she blushed. How could she explain? Should she ask if he'd slept with her while she was drugged? It was difficult, and he might deny it anyway. Imagining him looking at and touching her naked body while playing the victim, her breathing quickened, her chest heaving violently.
Cameron raised an eyebrow, finding Lena's behavior strange. He hadn't said anything wrong, as far as he knew. He was staring at her face, but Lena, already believing him a molester, thought he was staring at her heaving chest.
Instantly, anger erupted. Lena subconsciously pulled the trigger.
