Chapter 347

Sebastian nodded. โ€œYep, right now. Iโ€™ve already arranged for some summer clothes to be sent over for you.โ€ It was scorching on Keris Isle, and the clothes she had on for the flight wouldnโ€™t suffice.

โ€œBut Iโ€™m starving,โ€ Stephanie pouted, looking up at Sebastian. โ€˜Canโ€™t we eat first? I havenโ€™t eaten in two days. Running around in Paginara really drained my energy, and then I got on the plane,โ€™ she thought. As images of the long day flashed through her mind, she couldnโ€™t help but shoot Sebastian a resentful glance. โ€œIโ€™m tired and hungry, and my body hurts.โ€

Sebastianโ€™s expression softened as he rubbed her hair again. โ€œSomeone will bring food soon.โ€

โ€œOkay then,โ€ Stephanie said. As long as she could fill her belly, she was good.

Sebastian removed the scarf from her neck, revealing some marks left behind. โ€œDoes that hurt?โ€ His voice turned gentle when he heard her pain.

Hearing his question, Stephanieโ€™s mind went blank, and her face turned a bright shade of red. This time, Sebastian was very patient. Though it was hard for him to control himself, he didnโ€™t want to hurt her. Surprisingly, Stephanie enjoyed it very much. But he was sturdy for the task. After doing it for so long, even without injuries, it could still sting a bit.

Stephanie blushed harder and shook her head in a panic. โ€œJust a little.โ€

Sebastian gazed at her pink cheeks and playfully pinched her cheek. โ€œGo wash up, then come out for dinner.โ€ After giving his orders, he turned and left the room.

Stephanie dashed into the bathroom, eyeing her rosy face in the mirror. She patted her cheeks and splashed some cold water on herself. โ€œYou bad boy,โ€ she murmured. She never realized that the usually stoic Sebastian had this side to him. Talking about intimacy, he sounded completely at ease.

Outside, Sebastian called Macro, reminding him to grab some medicine on the way over. There was a moment of silence on the other end before Macro started lecturing him. โ€œYouโ€™ve treated her like a precious gem since she was a kid, and now you keep putting her in harmโ€™s way.โ€

Sebastian rolled his eyes. โ€œJust buy the medicine, will you? Stop making it a big deal.โ€ He hung up without waiting for a response.

Elliot, standing behind him, acted like he hadnโ€™t heard anything at all. This kind of drama was definitely above his pay grade.

In the car, Macro grumbled, โ€œHe talks as if Iโ€™m the one hurting her.โ€

Lorenzo, who was driving, shot him a look. โ€œYouโ€™re going to get yourself into trouble one day for saying too much.โ€

โ€œWhat? I canโ€™t even speak my mind?โ€ Macro snapped back. โ€œWhoโ€™s the real culprit here? Why is it that the one who causes harm is off the hook, while the one who criticizes is in trouble?โ€

โ€œThereโ€™s a pharmacy up ahead in 200 meters; letโ€™s park there,โ€ Macro added.

He realized that heโ€™d probably need to stock up on that medicine regularly from now on. After all, he saw it firsthand during their baths together. Sebastianโ€™s manhood was something most people would struggle to handle, especially with someone as petite as Stephanie.

Stephanie finished washing her face and was about to head out when Ella called again. She answered, โ€œHey, Ella.โ€

โ€œStefi, someoneโ€™s holding my leg right now,โ€ Ella said.

โ€œWhat do you mean?โ€ Stephanie asked.

โ€œMrs. Hart wants to talk to you. If you donโ€™t want to deal with her, I can just kick her away,โ€ Ella replied, clearly agitated. She was fed up with Catlinโ€™s attitude. After all these years of acting like the most prestigious Mrs. Hart, where was her dignity now?

โ€œGo ahead, shove her away,โ€ Stephanie said, ending the call without hesitation. Probably, Catlin wanted to talk about Olivia again or blame her for the state the Hart family was in. Right now, Stephanie was flying, and she didnโ€™t want to hear Catlinโ€™s curses.

With that thought, Stephanie stepped out of the lounge. Even though she had splashed some cold water on her face, her cheeks were still flushed and felt a bit hot, so she splashed herself with some more cold water.

Sebastian was sitting at the dining table with a glass of red wine and a simple steak in front of him. Stephanieโ€™s plate was overflowing with steak, pasta, and creamy corn mash. In the past, Stephanie had never liked these dishes, but now, as her stomach growled, she realized she was so hungry that she could eat anything.

Sebastian was cutting her steak for her. As she sat down, he said, โ€œStart with the corn mash.โ€ She had been hungry for a while, and it was better not to dive into a big meal all at once.

Before he could finish his sentence, Stephanie picked up her spoon and began to eat. She was truly starving.

Both Lorenzo and Macro had just boarded the plane when they spotted Stephanie devouring her food. โ€œRichard is your fiancรฉ in name, anyway. I canโ€™t believe he didnโ€™t even feed you,โ€ Macro teased.

As those words left his mouth, the atmosphere went completely silent. All eyes were on Macro, and Elliot thought to himself that this guy would eventually end up getting himself in big trouble. Lorenzo instinctively took a step back, fearful of being caught in the fallout. And Sebastianโ€™s glare was icy and intimidating.

Stephanie thought, โ€˜Macro just has to look for trouble, doesnโ€™t he?โ€™
