Chapter 90
Luna suddenly looked up and smiled at David, who was outside the door, while reaching to unbutton her down jacket. She was thin, with a small face but large eyes. When she smiled, she looked adorable and soft, giving off an impression that made people want to pick on her. David muttered a curse under his breath and reached for the door. Lusterka stepped back, clearing the way.
“Take out your clothes,” he whispered, trembling slightly. To him, it was pure temptation.
“Can’t wait, huh, cutie?” David had never seen a woman like her before. Though she was a little too thin, she was captivating. Her cuteness made him impatient.
Luna suppressed her disgust. “There are too many people out there. It’s hard to do anything. You need to hurry up and take off your clothes.”
David could hardly resist such temptation, especially since he was the lowest in rank among the group. He would probably have to wait until the others were done if he wanted to have his turn with her.
Luna was slight and skinny—how could she possibly handle the kind of rough play Asher Pate and Tommy Booth were into? By the time it was his turn, what fun would be left? Since she was going to be so forward, how could he pass up such an opportunity?
In no time, David had stripped off his down jacket.
“It’s not enough. You need to take more off. The jacket’s too thick. I want to see… your skin.” Luna took a deep breath, forcing herself to say the words. In both her lives, she had never said such disgusting things, and it nearly made her sick.
David sneered. “Why are you more eager than me? Alright. I’ll do as you wish and take more off.”
“When a man’s mind is clouded by lust, there is no logic left,” Luna thought darkly.
Once David had removed his shirt, she spoke again, “Turn around. I’ll help you take off your pants.”
David grinned, eager to comply. But just as he turned around, Luna mustered all her strength and drove the two silver needles in her hand into his acupoints.
“You!” he cried out in pain and turned around, raising his hand. But before he could react, his body slid to the ground.
Seizing the opportunity, Luna quickly threw herself onto him, straddling his body. She immediately inserted several more needles into him.
In less than ten seconds, David was completely unconscious.
Sitting on the ground, exhausted, Lana looked at him lying motionless on the floor. It seemed the acupuncture lessons were paying off—her first time practicing, and it had gone perfectly.
She didn’t dare waste any more time. Quickly, she untied her wrists and ankles, then bound David tightly with the same rope. Afterward, she found his phone and called the police.
Once she had done all that, she didn’t dare stay in the same spot. She slipped the phone into her pocket, locked David in the bathroom, and made her way to the warehouse’s back door.
The warehouse was large, and after walking for a while, she still hadn’t found an exit. Instead, she started to hear footsteps coming from ahead. At first, one person, but soon the steps grew numerous, accompanied by shouts and curses. She couldn’t afford to make any noise or risk being caught. She quickly hid herself inside a cabinet. Perhaps because she had lived two lives, she was more cautious and remained unusually calm. Glancing at her phone, she saw it was nearly 11:00 pm.
She heard a shout outside. “Dave’s phone is missing. That woman… I must have taken it. Hurry up and call his number! She hasn’t gone far.”
Luna silenced David’s phone and thought to herself, “Luckily, I didn’t run too far.” But that tiny bit of relief didn’t last long. It wasn’t long before the group found her hiding spot. She held her breath, praying they wouldn’t find her. However, her prayer didn’t seem to work. The door to the cabinet was suddenly yanked open. “We found her, Ash.”
Luna was dragged out of the cabinet roughly.
“I’m going to kill you!” David rushed forward and slapped her across the face.
