The tables had turned. People now pointed at Sandra's family.

"Don't you remember what her parents did? Don't expect much from their daughter."

"Mr. Kelley is magnificent. He even brought his wife and daughter to her wedding despite their unfair treatment. And a dowry? Does she deserve it?"

"Exactly! If it were me, I wouldn't be here!"

Under the barrage of unfavorable comments, none of the Booth family dared to speak up. However, Jordan's mother, Lauren Booth, defended her daughter-in-law. "But that's a matter of the last generation. It has nothing to do with the younger generation. Should an innocent daughter be implicated by her parents?"

Tiffany looked up and saw a plump woman laden with gold jewelry and jade. She seemed to be trying desperately to impress, but her ostentatious display only made her appear vulgar and petty.

The crowd fell silent. Sandra had behaved impeccably; to criticize her further would make them seem aggressive.

Tiffany, however, tilted her head with a seemingly innocent expression. "Oh? You're right. Sandra is so kind." Sandra eyed her suspiciously. 'Bitch, what's your game this time?'

Tiffany continued, "She cares so much about her mother. She even tried to give her money. When she couldn't raise enough, she kidnapped my brother to extort money from my family. Mrs. Booth, a kind girl like that is rare, isn't she?"

Tiffany's seemingly sincere tone subtly revealed several secrets. Everyone was shocked. Sandra's mother was a criminal, and Sandra herself had resorted to kidnapping. Who would accept such a woman?

Other guests recoiled in disgust. Lauren's expression changed dramatically. She had never liked her daughter-in-law, who manipulated her son into indulging her extravagant whims. Even the richest family would go bankrupt with such wasteful spending.

The Booths had planned to use the wedding to network, spending lavishly. Now, Sandra's scandal had humiliated them all. What would people think of the Booth family? Lauren silently retreated, her face flushed with shame.

Jordan, drunk, belatedly defended his wife. "So what? I gave her the money!" He puffed out his chest, boasting like a wealthy man. Sandra couldn't stop him.

Tiffany feigned understanding. "Oh, you provided the money. I see." She then changed the subject. "What's the punishment for harboring a criminal?"

Eric answered immediately, "Three to ten years."

Jordan sobered up, terrified. "I didn't! I only gave my wife money!" His desperate explanation fell on deaf ears. His anxious demeanor chilled Sandra. Leaving the Booth family had been the right decision. She didn't belong with such a man.

The guests shook their heads at the ridiculous couple. The Booth family fell silent.

Throughout the reception, Tiffany deftly exposed and silenced anyone who tried to defend the Booths, emerging victorious.

Seeing Sandra kneeling, Tiffany said dismissively, "You can get up." Her tone was condescending.

Sandra, burning with anger, feigned weakness. "Tiffany, my legs are numb. Can you help me?" Her eyes glinted with malice.

Tiffany, seemingly unaware, offered her hand. Sandra, intensely jealous of Tiffany's beauty and privilege, ('Why are you so lucky? Why are you so beautiful? It's not fair!'), smiled and stood.

"Do you know how much I hate you?" Sandra hissed, close to Tiffany's ear. "I hate your arrogance, your success. I wish you'd disappear!" To onlookers, it appeared as a quiet sisterly conversation.

Tiffany was unsurprised. "If you hate me because of Kenneth, shouldn't you be targeting Melody?"

Sandra smiled slyly. "But you're the one I hate most! Tiffany, go to hell!"

As she spoke, Tiffany felt a bite on her palm. A venomous bloodbite worm, barely visible, was crawling towards her skin. She reacted quickly, flinging the worm away before it could burrow in. Sandra, pushed back, fell to the ground.

Sandra screamed, "My child! My child…" Blood stained her white wedding dress. Everyone was stunned. The text mentioning FindNovel.net has been removed as requested.
