Chapter 694

Tiffany asked June to find her a clean set of clothes. Ten minutes later, Tiffany descended the stairs, her beautiful face concealed by a flawless disguise. Her exceptional makeup skills created the illusion of a dull, aged complexion. She had transformed into an unremarkable person, easily lost in a crowd.

June circled Tiffany twice, sighing. "Miss Kelley, if I didn't know better, I wouldn't recognize you!"

Tiffany smiled faintly. Her disguise wasn't perfect, but it was sufficient. Knowing she needed to deceive Richard, she'd gone to great lengths.

"Alright. I'm off to buy groceries, Miss Spencer," Tiffany said, playfully blinking and dropping her imposing aura. Lowering her voice, she added a raspy, gravelly tone to suit her elderly disguise.

June shook her head, smiling. Tiffany's disguise and acting were so convincing that no one would suspect her true identity.

Tiffany grabbed a shopping basket and left the villa. Luna Villa was situated in a quiet, remote location. The peaceful surroundings were ideal, but the distance to the nearest shops meant servants often had to travel far for groceries, usually by car.

Tiffany started the car. As she drove out of the underground garage, she saw Richard standing outside the iron gates. Her grip on the steering wheel trembled. Even though she was confident he wouldn't recognize her disguise, seeing him still caused her chest to ache.

Tiffany honked the horn. The gates opened. Sidney, waiting anxiously, exclaimed, "Richard, the gates are open! Let's go in!" But Richard's gaze remained fixed on the departing car. The driver was a Luna Villa staff member who routinely bought groceries. Still…

"What's wrong?" Sidney asked, noticing Richard's intense focus. "It's just a servant."

Richard didn't reply. He strode forward, blocking the car's path. Tiffany's heart skipped a beat. Did he recognize me?

Forced to stop, Tiffany rolled down the window, maintaining a calm expression. "Mr. Hampton, do you need something?" Her gravelly voice perfectly matched her middle-aged appearance.

Richard's gaze deepened, and he smiled faintly. "Get out of the car," he commanded coldly.

Tiffany remained neutral, bowing slightly. "Mr. Hampton, Miss Kelley doesn't wish to see you. Please stop troubling us servants." She turned the wheel, preparing to accelerate. But before she could, Richard opened the car door, his arm reaching in to grip her wrist.

Tiffany frowned. Driving off would be dangerous, so she stopped. "Mr. Hampton, if you wish to speak with Miss Kelley, she's inside. There's no need to bother us servants." Internally, she scrutinized her actions, unable to determine where she'd gone wrong. Her acting was impeccable, yet Richard's next words shocked her.

"Darling, I may have forgotten to tell you. I can read minds," Richard said.

Tiffany was stunned. What? Read minds? The thought sent a chill through her.

"Is… is that true?" she asked hesitantly.

Richard chuckled, his stormy expression clearing. The scenic backdrop couldn't compare to his smile. Tiffany's heart skipped a beat, only for him to add calmly, "I'm kidding."

Tiffany was furious. Her disguise was flawless; Richard shouldn't have recognized her. Yet, with one sentence, he'd tricked her. Feeling cornered, she tried to drive away, but Richard yanked her from the car.

"Let go! Release me!" Her wrist was firmly held. Tiffany glared furiously. Sidney, still oblivious, approached. "Richard, why are you bothering this servant? Shouldn't you be finding your wife?"

"No need," Richard replied curtly. He tightened his grip on Tiffany's wrist and pulled her toward his car. "We need to talk."

"There is nothing to talk about. Let me go!" Tiffany snapped.

With her identity exposed, Tiffany dropped the raspy voice; it was too tiring to maintain. She struggled fiercely, trying to free herself from Richard's grip. "Let go, you jerk! Liar!" Her voice grew fainter as she was forced into his car.

Sidney, watching the Maybach drive off, finally realized Tiffany was the servant. "Holy shit!" he exclaimed. He'd heard about Tiffany's impressive disguise skills, witnessing her seamlessly switch between roles without revealing any clues. Now, he saw her disguise: beneath the facade of a middle-aged maid was a beautiful young girl. He was stunned and impressed, yet wondered how Richard had seen through her disguise instantly.

In the car, Tiffany briefly considered jumping out, then dismissed the idea. At a red light, Richard glanced at her, gently smoothing her mussed hair. "You're not going to ask?" he said.

"Ask what?" Tiffany responded.

"You don't want to know how I recognized you so quickly?" He smiled faintly, his eyes focused solely on her.
