"Pass down my order: the full troop of Lupine Special Forces moves out. Transfer the Western Forces to Lannopolis and prepare to bomb the West family villa!" Nathan shouted, his face grim. "Under my orders, the police will assist the Western Forces. Seal off a five-mile radius around the villa to minimize collateral damage. Also, dispatch twenty personnel to handle cleanup," Richard added. The West family members blanched.
They were about to be bombed. Who could possibly counter such a threat?
"Sovereign-grade fighter or not, a bomb treats everyone the same," Nathan said coldly, his face filled with spite. He was a hard-hearted military man, always irritated by these martial artists who held themselves in such high regard.
"Let's go," Nathan told Richard, turning to leave, intending to avoid the bombing as well.
"Do you think you can leave?" Dustin said chillingly.
"Hmph! Do you think you can stop us?" Nathan scoffed, confident in his heavily armed personal guard and his own fighting abilities. He didn't consider Dustin a threat.
Dustin smiled, looking indifferently at Myst. Myst's face hardened as she attacked.
"Kill her!" Nathan ordered. One of his guards fired immediately, but even their special weapon proved useless against Myst's lightning-fast reflexes. She appeared before Nathan in an instant.
Nathan lunged, stabbing at Myst. With a disdainful flick of her wrist, Myst deflected his knife, leaving his arm tingling from her powerful strike. Nathan stared, surprised by her strength.
Before he could react, Myst held a blade to his throat. Everyone was stunned. No one had anticipated the terrifying power of the stunning woman at Dustin's side. Nathan's life hung in the balance.
Nathan, displeased but not frightened, said coldly, "If anything happens to me, the Western Forces outside the city will breach the premises. When the time comes, it won't just be the West family—everyone involved will die!" He believed this threat would ensure his safety.
Dustin's gaze turned icy. Nathan's power and the intimidating Western Forces were undeniable; anyone else would have hesitated. But Dustin was the King of Hades.
Dustin raised his hand. Myst's eyes blazed with murderous intent, anticipating his command.
A powerful voice boomed from outside, "The Sorensen family's butler requests an audience!"
The West family members were surprised. Dustin raised an eyebrow. Nathan, however, reacted with the greatest shock.
"Bring him in," Dustin said.
Howard entered the living room, his gaze locking onto Nathan. "Nathan Sweeney, do you recognize me?" Howard asked grimly.
Nathan's demeanor instantly shifted to deference. Ignoring Myst's knife, he bowed. "Sir, regardless of my perceived worthlessness, I will never forget my teacher." The prideful officer was gone, replaced by a polite, humble, and even frightened man. "Sir, may I ask the reason for your visit?" he inquired.
