“The worst-case scenario is that we lose to the Zimmer family, and they collaborate with others to destroy us, ruining our family business,” Clara said, shocking everyone.

Elisa retorted, “It can’t be that bad. The Wyatt family is stronger than the Zimmer family!”

Clara frowned. “You’re forgetting Klein Zimmer’s powerful youth and his extensive network of influential contacts. Plus, we offended several prominent physicians last time, some with powerful connections who’ll gladly capitalize on our downfall.”

The Wyatt sisters’ faces fell. They seemed to be at a dead end.

“Should we use the Wyatt family’s secret forces?” Delia asked.

Amara raised an eyebrow, then shook her head. “Not yet. I’ll speak to the Zimmer family again.”

She called the Zimmer family, placing her phone on speaker. “Please connect me to Mr. Klein.”

Klein’s cold voice answered. “I have nothing to say to you, Amara. Just watch as we bring you down!”

Amara said, “Mr. Klein, I understand your anger, but you can’t ruin a century-old family business overnight. It’s a colossal waste. I’m willing to compromise. Regardless of who harmed Mr. Jack, I’ll offer two hundred million dollars in compensation if you stop this.”

Klein chuckled coldly. “Even a billion dollars won’t stop me! Unless he tells me to, I’ll ensure your family is expelled from Rivenesco!”

The sisters were stunned.

“Mr. Klein, who are you referring to?” Amara asked.

“Naturally, the one you’ve been neglecting…” Klein hesitated, as if afraid, then hung up.

The sisters exchanged glances. This person, capable of controlling the Zimmer family, was clearly no ordinary individual.

“Who did we offend? One of the physicians’ families?” Delia asked.

“Could he be talking about Dustin?” Clara suggested.

“Dustin? Hah!” The others laughed scornfully.

Elisa scoffed, “He’s trash! He can’t control the Zimmer family. He should be grateful they didn’t kill him!”

Amara said coldly, “It’s anyone but him. Remember, he’s a discarded dog.”

Clara remained silent.

Amara said calmly, “It’s only a hundred million dollars. I can recoup that through stock investments.”

The sisters’ eyes brightened. Amara’s stock picks had previously faltered, but her impeccable judgment had earned her the nickname “Stock Market Queen of Rivenesco.”

“Where’s my newspaper?” Amara asked. She relied on a specific business newspaper for insights, initially using it to select profitable stocks, all of which subsequently rose in value. She considered this almost miraculous.

Clara said cautiously, “Dustin used to bring you the papers.”

Amara scowled. “What?”
