Jessica favored Montvue Tower and went back to hold a meeting with the project team.

“Go look into it, Indya. I can’t get the Aqua Court, and Montvue Tower can’t be wasted in Thomas’s hands. Take it if the price is reasonable. I’ve checked out the lands at the back–it’s good. Because of the Montvue Tower project, Jessica worked overtime for many consecutive days. No matter how late it was, Chris always left a light on and quietly sat in the living room waiting for her to come back, unless he had surgery the next day.
