Kieran was great in every way—good looks, good vibe, great family, super capable. He really was a top-notch catch.

Not just her, a lot of upper-class families with daughters also had their eyes on Kieran. They were all secretly rubbing their hands, getting ready to set their daughters up with Kieran, hoping it would really work out in the end.

Kieran’s sudden first girlfriend and what happened today both secretly broke the hearts of so many girls and families who wanted to get close to the Argent family.

Look how many daughters came with their parents, all gazing at Kieran with puppy love in their eyes. Almost all of them had that blushing, shy look, only daring to stand a little way off, carefully watching Kieran.

But this lady still didn’t give up. She didn’t believe Kieran had settled down so young, and she didn’t believe her daughter had no chance at all.

As soon as she said that, all the parents and girls who hadn’t given up looked at Kieran, eagerly waiting for Kieran’s answer.

A pretty young woman came over, her cheeks a bit red. She tugged at the lady’s sleeve, glanced at Kieran with shy, loving eyes, and said softly, “Mom.”

The lady generously took the woman’s hand, and before Kieran could answer her question, she just went ahead and introduced her daughter:

“Mr. Argent, this is my daughter. She just graduated from abroad and came back. She was twenty-four this year. She stayed single all these years and didn’t get a boyfriend.”

The woman’s face turned even redder. She didn’t dare look at Kieran’s expression at all, and her tone got even shyer: “Mom, stop it.”

The lady gently patted her hand: “What are you shy about?”

The lady did this and got a lot of families interested. They all got excited and pulled their daughters over, wanting to introduce them to Kieran.

Marlene looked like she was just there to watch the show and didn’t plan to step up to answer the question.

Kieran didn’t say anything, just looked down at Roschelle.

Roschelle still kept a graceful and calm look on her face. She raised her hand, hooked Kieran’s arm as if declaring her territory, and said with a light laugh, “In a bit, Kier and I will tell everyone, so I hope you guys wouldn’t worry, okay?”

Roschelle’s voice sounded really nice, and with her deliberately softened tone, it felt like a breath of fresh air.

Even women who were hostile to her because of Kieran would unknowingly give in to Roschelle’s voice.

Although Roschelle and Kieran didn’t say it directly, everyone still got what Roschelle meant and left, disappointed but understanding.

Alarieka watched such a good show, but honestly, she didn’t feel much inside.

It just seemed like everyone in the Argent family was obsessed with Roschelle, and they all wanted to get rid of her just because she dared to "covet" Kieran.

Clarissa and Holter slowly walked down the stairs. Clarissa skipped over to Roschelle and hugged Roschelle’s arm closely.

“Rose, you’re here. I’ve been waiting for you for so long. You look so beautiful today.”

Clarissa looked at Alaricka provocatively: “Rose’s outfit today matched Kieran so well, unlike some people.”

Roschelle didn’t have trouble understanding. She just smiled with her lips pressed together and said, “You’re pretty too.”

Alarieka had long been immune to this kind of mild provocation and was totally indifferent.

After that taking off clothes incident, Alarieka didn’t see Holter again.

The undressing incident got kind of big, and the video spread pretty widely. If the Argent family hadn’t stepped in, I’m afraid the video of Holter being undressed would’ve gotten even more attention online.

This was pretty much their only meeting lately.

The change in Holter was pretty obvious. He used to be a warm and friendly guy, but now there was a bit of gloominess in his eyes.

Especially when he saw her, the aggression in his eyes almost spilled out, turning into blades stabbing at her.

Alarieka looked back openly.

Alarieka just clapped her hands and said, “Alright, since everyone’s here, we should have a talk.”

Clarissa frowned in disgust: “Talk about what? I have nothing to talk about with someone like you.”

Alaricka’s smile didn’t change, and she just held out her hand to Wallace: “Sir Argent, do you know why I came here today?”

Wallace just looked at her and didn’t answer.

Kieran said quietly, “Alarieka, what are you going to do?”

Alarieka raised an eyebrow, “You guys didn’t get it?”

“Then I’ll just say it.”

“A few years ago, my dad died saving Sir Argent, and the Argent family promised me compensation. I want to get it back now.”
