Randy’s interest was piqued. “Count me in. I’ll be there to bear witness to the gift.”

Garland echoed, “Me too.”

Liza raised her hand. “Same here.”

Erica smacked them on the head. “It’s their wedding night. You want to cause a ruckus in their bridal chamber?”

The three shrank back, not daring to say another word.

“Chop chop,” Erica called for attention. “The guests will be taking their seats soon. Get ready for the big event.”

Together with Liza, she escorted Debra backstage. In the meantime, the guests began to take their seats.

The Houston family had few members, and the Frazier family had no relatives left. So, at the main table, besides Caleb, there were only Andrew, Randy, Erica, Michael, Garland, and Liza to fill the seats.

Liza looked around the grand hall and whispered, “Aren’t castle weddings usually held in a church with a priest? Why does this feel hybrid?”

“Stumped me,” Garland muttered, equally puzzled.

The stage was so big, and he wondered if there would be a concert.

Suddenly, the stage lights flashed on. A diva appeared, pouring her heart into a romantic ballad.

Garland and Liza gasped in shock.

Drake arrived late and heard the song. “You sure this is the right place?”

“Yes,” Kale replied. “It was very lively just a moment ago.”

Many people had been gathering outside, but in the blink of an eye, a concert was going on.

“Let’s go inside,” he said, doubting Debra’s taste in wedding ceremonies.

As they pushed open the doors, all the guests looked over.

“Mr. Lowe? Why is he here?”

“He’s sworn enemies with Marion. Is he here to cause trouble?”

The guests started to get nervous. If a fight broke out there, things could get dangerous.

Caleb glanced at the door and tapped his cane on the floor. The singing stopped abruptly, and a group of bodyguards surrounded Drake.

Kale immediately went on alert, but Drake pushed him aside. “Take it easy. I’m here for the wedding.”

Caleb was unimpressed. “No invitation, no entry.”

“That I have.” Drake pulled out an invitation. “Want to check it?”

Caleb adjusted his glasses for a better look, but the distance was too great to see clearly.

He turned to the butler. “Where did he get the invitation?”

“I have no idea,” the butler replied. “We didn’t send him one.”
