Chapter 1089
Debra smiled and stretched out her arms. Marion scooped her up and held her in his arms. โThe wedding dress!โ Randy hurried behind them. The train of the wedding dress, prepared by Caleb, was such a hassle; it had to be held the entire way.
โWait,โ Erica lifted her skirt and dragged Liza down the stairs with her. Garland hurried to follow, while Michael shook his head helplessly. This pickup was really something.
The wedding vehicle was a pumpkin carriage. Once Marion set her inside, Debra pointed at the two white horses at the front. โWow! Now this is flashy.โ โGrandpa prepared it.โ โThis is a bit embarrassing.โ
It was like something from a fairy tale. Who wouldโve thought that Caleb, at his age, still had such a childlike heart?
In a rickshaw, Erica marveled, โWow, Caleb is a genius.โ Sitting beside her, Randy asked, โDo you like it?โ โItโs nice and creative. I love it,โ Erica replied with a broad smile.
Randy looked at her and asked, โHow about we use this for our wedding?โ Erica blushed and averted her gaze. โThe windโs too strong. I canโt hear you. Just stop talking.โ Randy had already used up all his courage to say that. Now he dared not say another word, afraid heโd upset her.
The guests gathered outside the hotel. Amid cheers, Marion helped Debra out of the carriage. In the crowd, Caleb watched with misty eyes. He never thought heโd live to see Marion get married. He had no regrets now.
โLook. Isnโt that Mr. Andrew Potter?โ โHe is standing? What a miracle!โ Debra heard the whispers and looked over. Leaning on an exquisite cane, Andrew was walking toward them from the other side of the red carpet.

His pace wasnโt fast, and he tapped the ground with his cane once every few steps, using it for balance. It was almost hard to see he had leg issues. Debra was shocked. She hadnโt seen Andrew for just a few days, and he could walk now. Erica was also stunned. The rehab had been so successful.
Confused, Garland whispered to Liza, โDidnโt Andrew used to be in a wheelchair? Or is it just me imagining things?โ โNot your imagination. I saw it too,โ she replied.
Andrew stopped in front of the couple and smiled, โCongratulations on your wedding.โ Marion joked, โJust saying congratulations isnโt enough. Whatโs your gift?โ
Back at Marion and Debraโs engagement party, Andrew had almost stolen the spotlight with his extravagant gift. โThe giftโs already been delivered. Open it when we get back,โ Andrew replied.
