“Go on about your sister,” Brian muttered.

“Huh? Go on… like this?” Evelyn asked, embarrassed.

Evelyn believed Jason's defense of Grace was a manipulative tactic to ensure her downfall through excessive attention. Evelyn left the private room, leaving Brian alone. He took out a small silver bracelet and stared at it.
