Chapter 230

A little while later, the light show began. As Freya smiled and watched the dazzling lights, she suddenly thought she heard Daisy’s voice, “Aunt Miller?”

Treya turned around and indeed saw Harry and Daisy. When Daisy saw her, she became even happier and eagerly reached out her hand. Freya squeezed through the crowd with Xavier and walked over to Harry and Daisy, picking Daisy up in her arms. Xavier noticed the change in Treya’s expression. Xavier could tell that something had happened with his aunt, but he had little memory of his former uncle. However, seeing the sudden shift in Treya’s face, he instinctively guessed the identity of Logan and Janice. His heart tightened, and he squeezed Treya’s hand. “Aunt, should we leave now?”

Freya didn’t want to spoil his and Hugo’s fun for the night. She shook her head and said, “I’m fine.” The sudden shift in her mood wasn’t because she still had feelings for Logan.
