Shawn, who prided himself on being brave, almost wet himself from fear. Whitney was immediately scared to tears. At that moment, no one dared to say that these ghosts werenโt scary anymore.

When Franklin removed his blindfold, he saw a ghost with its intestines spilling out, dragging half of its body and entrails toward him. The room was still filled with a rancid smell. Franklin felt like he was going to vomit! โIโm going to kill the directorโs team!โ
Joycelyn screamed in terror, her face turning pale. On the other side, Olivia hadnโt yet removed her blindfold when she heard Louisโ horrifying wails. โDonโt come closer! Ah! Help!โ
The moment she removed her blindfold, Olivia saw a ghost with half its head missing, its brain matter and blood mixed, lying on its back, twisting its limbs as it crawled toward Louis. The tough man, Louis, was trembling like a quail, crouched in the corner. Olivia was speechless.
โOh my goodness! Oh no! Help me!โ Louis had never admitted it before, but ghosts were his worst fear! He had thought the production team wouldnโt make it too scary. But he was wrong. This was like a horror movie! Even though he knew the ghosts were just staff in disguise, the visual effects were enough to scare anyone!
Olivia looked at Louis, crying and screaming, while her expression remained calm. She walked over to the ghost with the half-missing head and squatted down to poke around its body. Louis was taken aback by her action.
The ghost was dumbfounded. Am I not scary enough? It glanced at Louis.
โMamma mia!โ Louisโ face turned pale. The ghost thought, I should be looking pretty scary, though.
โHey, no magic tools on you?โ Olivia sighed in disappointment. The ghost pondered, Can you at least show some respect?
Not finding any magic tools, Olivia stood up, grabbed Louis by the collar, and dragged him, with his legs giving out, right past the ghost.

At the door, she suddenly turned back and said to the ghost, โThat position is not good for your joints. You can stop now.โ The ghost was speechless.
Olivia added, โOr are you trying to scare us?โ The ghost was bewildered. Olivia thought for a moment, then suddenly opened her mouth with a blank expression, โAh! This is so scary! Iโm terrified!โ
The ghost mused, Can you act even worse!
โThat should be enough.โ After saying this, Olivia dragged Louis out without a second glance. In the live stream, the chat quickly filled with comments.
โWhy do the ghosts in the show suddenly seem less scary?โ โI kind of feel bad for the ghost in Oliviaโs room.โ โThe ghost be like, โI tried so hard, and youโre just ignoring me like that?โโ โHeartless Olly, sheโs the real star of the show!โ
As they walked out of the room, the ancient town was dark, with only a few scattered greenish firelights illuminating the gloomy and decaying streets. The cobblestone path was shrouded in mist, and the empty town looked particularly eerie under the night sky.
As soon as Louis saw this scene, his legs gave out even more. โIโฆ I can still leave the show, right?โ He wanted to cry. He wasnโt cut out for this variety show!
โItโs all fake,โ Olivia said flatly. Louis, nearly in tears, whimpered, โI know, but Iโm still scaredโฆโ
Olivia thought, What a huge burden. โThen stay in the room.โ Thinking about the ghost in the room, Louis nearly snapped his neck shaking his head. โNo way! Iโd rather die than go back there!โ
Olivia took a deep breath and dragged the sobbing Louis back to the room, turned around, grabbed the ghost inside, and pushed it outside. โYour task is done. Thanks for your hard work.โ Olivia patted the ghostโs shoulder sympathetically as she dragged it out.
The ghost was stunned. Can I swear now!
