Chapter 99

Daphne glanced at the screen. Insults and verbal abuse flooded the live chat, but she remained calm. She continued her product descriptions without missing a beat, as if she hadn't seen the abuse.

The same couldn't be said for Blake, however. He had been targeted by Yvonne's fans for the past two days. The chaos in the live stream visibly shook him.

Blake's tone was firm as he said, "Please keep your comments kind and friendly. Any further abusive language will result in appropriate action to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere."

Daphne patted his shoulder lightly, signaling him to stay calm; it was nothing she couldn't handle. Her own fans would intervene any moment. In terms of public appeal and fanbase size, Daphne's would easily overwhelm Yvonne's. She never worried about losing control. Sure enough, after about a minute of aggressive comments from Yvonne's fans, the negative chatter was quickly drowned out by Daphne's supportive comments:

"Daph is so professional!"

"Daph really takes her fans seriously. She's personally tested every product she endorses. You can't go wrong with her recommendations!"

"Daph, you look stunning! Is that outfit from Garry's? Some people will never get the chance to wear Garry's in their lives. Kudos to Garry!"

Outside the broadcasting room, Joe noticed persistent vulgar comments from some of Yvonne's fans. He instructed the moderators to block them to maintain order.

"Ugh, these toxic fans just won't stop! Keep an eye on the chat and block every single one who crosses the line!"

Under the bright studio lights, Daphne smiled radiantly, unbothered by the hostility. She picked up a bottle of pink perfume and began her demonstration.

"This is Sherry Group's flagship product, Echoing Dream. It's a versatile fragrance suitable for a wide range of people. Whether you're a confident businesswoman or a gentle, soft-spoken woman, this perfume will be perfect for you."

The live stream was completely under Daphne's control; she effortlessly maintained it throughout the session. Blake regained his composure and quickly joined in.

"Let me ask you something, Ms. Yeager. How would different people experience this perfume?"

Daphne began, "People often describe my appearance as cold. No matter how much I try to explain that I'm easygoing, their first impression is always that I'm aloof and unapproachable. So, when I meet new people, I often choose this perfume. Its gentle undertones soften that unapproachable feeling, making work discussions much smoother."

She spoke confidently and eloquently, exuding the charm of a successful career woman. She commanded attention effortlessly, radiating charisma.

Blake marveled inwardly. No wonder she was an A-lister. Her professionalism was unmatched.

Daphne continued, "My assistant and I have completely different appearances. She's much more energetic and bubbly. When we work together, people often mistake her for a child.

"I gave her a bottle of Echoing Dream last month. After she started wearing it, the mature, professional side of her was highlighted by the rose tones in the base note, which toned down her youthful energy. Since then, no one has treated her like a child at work.

"I'm not exaggerating when I say this perfume is versatile. The same scent can bring out different aspects of someone's personality, depending on who wears it. Isn't that something special?"

Daphne explained it so well that Blake applauded her.

"You're right! As our tagline says, no matter where you grow, you're a one-of-a-kind rose in this world."

Daphne nodded. "That's right. I hope this fragrance will bring joy to every woman who wears it."

"Alright, let's activate the product link! If you love Ms. Yeager and our product, place your orders now to get the same fragrance she uses!"

Once the product link went live, Daphne and Blake continued to introduce the remaining products. Daphne barely needed Blake's help; she could seamlessly describe items' features to their target audiences. Watching from outside the studio, Joe couldn't stop grinning; his face practically ached from smiling so much.
