"You're truly insane..." Mina shook her head, a mix of anger and amusement evident as she hung up the phone. Some things simply happened unexpectedly.

Kayla presented Myra with freshly squeezed orange juice, affecting a sweet demeanor. "Mom, I squeezed the juice myself! It might not be as good as the maid's, but I hope you enjoy it."

Myra took a sip, a slight furrow appearing on her brow. Seeds remained, and the taste was a touch bitter, but she smiled. "It's delicious," she said, appreciating Kayla's thoughtful gesture. "Hehe!" Kayla beamed, leaning into Myra's embrace.

That evening, the family dined together. Dexter raised the issue of the shares, proposing a five percent allocation for each person, except Kayla, who would receive four percent. "Kayla," he explained, "this ensures fairness. You and Felicia will have the same amount. With your existing one percent, this additional four percent balances things out." Kayla's smile faltered slightly. From the corner of her eye, she saw Sebastian wink at Felicia—it was clearly his doing. "I'll accept your arrangement, Dad," she replied smoothly. Further protest would invalidate her previous complaints of favoritism. Myra, too, deemed the arrangement fair; everything seemed evenly divided.

Despite the bland dinner, Kayla simmered. Claiming she needed new dresses, shoes, and bags for her upcoming birthday, she announced she was going shopping. Dexter offered his black card with a wave. "Go ahead, swipe as much as you like!" "Thank you, Dad!" she replied. She stood, deliberately glancing at Felicia and Sebastian before departing.

Upon reaching the villa entrance and finding the driver absent, she exploded. "Where's the driver? Is he dead?"

The bodyguard explained, "Ms. Kayla, it's dinnertime. The drivers are en route. Please wait a moment."

"Tell them to hurry! I'll make them eat dirt if they're not here soon!"

"Yes, Ms. Kayla." The bodyguard reluctantly contacted the drivers again.

The Fuller family employed several drivers working rotating shifts. Dexter typically used an assistant, Sebastian drove himself, and Felicia, occupied with school, rarely required a driver. Therefore, Myra and Kayla primarily commanded their services. Darren, having just finished his meal in the driver's lounge, was preparing to leave when Ruben stopped him. "Darren, finish eating. I'll take care of Kayla."

"Alright, but be careful. Don't argue with her. It's almost the end of the month—you don't want to lose your bonus!"

"Don't worry!" Ruben grinned, his usual discontent replaced by a look of satisfaction. This was the day he had been waiting for.
