Listen to this chapter:

Three hours later, Dallas abruptly switched the live-room screen from Evangeline to a family of yellow-throated martens. The martens were running in a long line, following the exact route Evangeline had suggested for their relocation. Everyone was shocked.

One person typed: "[What the hell? What am I seeing? Is the yellow-throated marten family really moving!]"

Another commented: "They're moving in the same direction Evangeline pointed out yesterday. Are they really going to relocate?!"

"[Did they understand what Evangeline said?!]"

"Oh my goodness! I didn't think yellow-throated martens could understand human language!"

"I wonder if these monkeys and the yellow-throated martens are intelligent enough to understand human speech, or do they only understand Evangeline? [What magic does Evangeline possess?!]"

"[Calm down. Maybe it's just a daily activity, not because they understood Evangeline and moved. They might go there often. After all, it's not far from their nest.]"

"[It's hardly a daily activity if the whole group moves together. Yellow-throated martens live in groups, but they move in pairs for daily activities. In my opinion, they are relocating!]"

Meanwhile, Evangeline, sitting on a hillside, watched the martens head east. She instructed the monkey king to keep the monkeys away so as not to disturb the relocation. She secretly followed the martens, watching them migrate down the cliff along the trees. Reassured, she finally returned. The monkeys admired her even more, and she sent them to gather fruit for lunch; a water source was lacking, making meat difficult to clean. She planned to return to the riverbank that night to bathe, having skipped washing the previous night.

At the riverbank, Jolene was anxious about Evangeline's absence. "Evangeline hasn't returned yet," she said to Travis and Kendrick. "Did something happen to her? Let's go find her!" Travis and Kendrick exchanged hesitant glances.

Nearby, Meghan sneered, "Are you still waiting for Evangeline to feed you? Stop dreaming. She won't return!"

Kendrick, expressionless, asked, "Why are you so sure? Did you do something to Evangeline?"

Meghan shouted, "What are you talking about?! Evangeline asked for it by running around! Maybe she fell to her death! What does that have to do with me?! If you dare slander me again, I'll sue you and have you rot in prison!"

Kendrick remained silent. Meghan continued, "You barely received a little favor from Evangeline, and now you act like her loyal dogs! How spineless!"

Travis interjected, "Kendrick merely asked a question. Why are you so agitated?"

"You Don't talk nonsense! I'll sue you too!" Meghan said angrily, a flicker of panic in her eyes. She quickly recovered. Evangeline was dead, and only she and Samson knew the truth. Samson was on her side and wouldn't reveal anything.

Travis said indifferently, "Go ahead and sue me. Kendrick and I were just talking."

Meghan gritted her teeth. She couldn't imprison them for talking, but she could use the Gallagher family for revenge. She planned to complain to George, Edward, and Jasper, aiming to ruin their careers. She resented Jolene and the others' disobedience, vowing retaliation even if they obeyed now. She had tolerated them, needing lackeys, but they had chosen to flatter Evangeline instead. However, with Evangeline dead, Meghan had food and believed the others would eventually beg for it once they were hungry. They had plenty of wild fruit.

Samson roughly grabbed Meghan's arm, urging her to stop. He couldn't understand her change. While initial changes could be attributed to hunger, her current spitefulness was inexplicable.

Meghan complained, "Sam, they ganged up on me! You're useless! First, you couldn't beat Evangeline, and now you can't handle three nobodies! How can you call yourself a man?"

Samson said, "Arguing is pointless. Let's talk later."

Meghan reluctantly stopped. She felt the urge to defecate. She asked Samson to accompany her into the forest for privacy. They found a secluded spot and squatted down. However, Meghan became severely constipated, experiencing excruciating pain.

"Sam, I can't," she cried. "It hurts so much!"

Samson replied, "Me too."

Meghan was furious; she needed a solution, not sympathy. Exhausted and in pain, they returned to the riverbank. They tried repeatedly throughout the day without success. Meghan's weakness intensified.

As it grew dark, Meghan returned to the forest alone. After another unsuccessful attempt, she angrily wept and lashed out at the vegetation.

Suddenly, she heard rustling. Turning, she saw a ghostly face, recognizing it even in death: Evangeline's. Backlit, Evangeline appeared terrifying.

"Ghost!" Meghan screamed, collapsing in terror. "Evangeline! She's back! How could she be alive?"

Meghan crawled backward, screaming, "Don't come over! I didn't hurt you! You fell yourself!"

Evangeline walked slowly towards her. Meghan, fueled by adrenaline, fled the forest.

Samson found Meghan screaming and running. "Meghan, what happened?"

Sobbing, Meghan cried, "Ghost Evangeline's back for revenge! Sam, save me!"

Samson's expression changed. "What? Evangeline's back? Ghosts don't exist. Did you see wrongly?"

Meghan insisted she hadn't. Dallas then cut the forest camera feed. The audience only saw Meghan's terrified reappearance.

"[What's going on? Why is Meghan so scared?!]"

"[She said there's a ghost and Evangeline's back for revenge.]"

"[Did she see Evangeline and think she's a ghost?!]"

"[Did Meghan do something to Evangeline, making her feel guilty?]"

"[She said Evangeline returned for revenge. If she hadn't hurt Evangeline, why would she say that?!]"

"[Holy crap! Is Meghan that vicious? Did Evangeline get trapped somewhere yesterday because of Meghan?!]"
