Aside, the person in charge noticed Mr. Morel's face darkening and called out, "Mr. Morel? Mr. Morel?"
Martin reacted, but his expression remained unchanged. "We'll stop here today," he said, turning and leaving. The person in charge hurried after him. "Stop here? But we have other places to inspect, Mr. Morel"
Later, after Gwenda sent Cecilia home, Hattie returned to the studio with bad news. "Gwenda, Hana tweeted a complaint. She says we bullied her and wants to terminate the contract." Hattie showed Gwenda the tablet. "Look, her fans are attacking us."
Gwenda glanced at the screen and snorted. "They're really entertaining her!"
"What should we do?" Hattie asked.
Gwenda rolled her eyes. "Ignore her. Let her have her tantrum. The advertising company won't stand idly by. We'll wait for them to act."
"Okay."
Hana continued to stir things up online, but the advertising company remained silent, as did Gwenda's team. However, Hana's fans were relentless. First, they targeted the advertising company, then Cecilia on Twitter:
"You should feel honored Hana even works with you! How dare you scheme to bully her? Do you think we're pushovers?"
"Do you think you can get away with this just because you're viral? Are you shameless?"
"Who the fck is Cecilia Kelly? Never heard of her, yet she's such an arrogant btch! Stay out of trouble, no-name!"
"Dude, she's a big-shot artist! She's arrogant as hell!"
Hana's fans flooded Cecilia's Twitter with abuse. This enraged Cecilia's fans, who immediately retaliated:
"Who's shameless? Hana acted like a diva, so the advertising company dropped her. How did this become Cecilia bullying Hana?"
"Hana's fans, go home. Don't embarrass yourselves."
"The truth will out. Curse us now, but you might be cursing yourselves tomorrow!"
"Don't mess with Cecilia's fans! We'll troll you all!"
A full-blown Twitter war erupted.
The next day, the advertising company issued a statement refuting Hana's accusations and criticizing her demanding behavior. Gwenda immediately had Hattie retweet it, adding their own clarification that Hana was the instigator and Cecilia was blameless.
Both sides dug in, escalating the fan conflict. Facing potential endorsement loss and continued attacks, Hana lashed out again at the advertising company and Cecilia:
"I'm disgusted by you both. Justice will prevail. Everyone will see the truth!"
Feeling smug, Hana was blindsided when the advertising company released a video showing her unprofessional behavior. Her diva-like antics sparked outrage:
"What's wrong with Hana Finch's fans? Their idol is a diva and shameless. What a piece of work!"
"Where are Hana Finch's fans? They were cheerfully cursing Cecilia earlier. Where'd they go?"
"The industry's ethos is ruined by people like her! Crack down on celebrities like that!"
A "#CancelHanaFinch" hashtag quickly gained traction.
