Listen to this chapter:

When did she start defending him? "Flipping heck," Gwenda muttered, rolling her eyes at August.

"Your brain's the one that's fried," August retorted, feeling a little better. "Now that's more like it!" He moved to the side and sat down.

Gwenda smiled dryly, speechless. What the hell? she thought.

Suzanne called Gwenda over, taking her hand. "Gwenda, come here. Have the doctors examined you? What did they say?"

Gwenda explained her condition, adding, "I'm fine, really. You can rest assured, Grandma." She was afraid of worrying Suzanne further.

"Alright then," Suzanne said, her expression bleak. "You're your mother's only child. Ever since she passed, you're the one I'm most concerned about. Fortunately, you're all right. Otherwise, I don't know how I'd face your mother in heaven." She squeezed Gwenda's hand tenderly.

Gwenda felt a little sad but smiled and reassured her grandmother. "The doctor said I'm in good health and could live to 101!"

Grandma Suzanne laughed. "What nonsense are you spouting, child?"

"It's true!" Gwenda teased, making her grandmother laugh harder.

August, meanwhile, was confused. What happened to Gwenda? Why does she seem so different? It's really strange… Seeing them chatting happily, he silently took out his phone and started playing games.

After a while, Gwenda remembered something important. Changing the subject, she said seriously, "Grandma, Grandpa handed over 10% of KG Entertainment's shares to you before he died. Is that true?"

August's ears perked up.

"Yes," Grandma Suzanne replied. "What about it?"

"I'd like you to transfer the shares to me," Gwenda said.

August leaped up, roaring angrily. "I knew something was wrong! You were waiting for this, weren't you? How calculative! You want Granny's shares!"

"I—" Gwenda began, but August cut her off.

"Shut up!" he snarled. "As long as I'm here, you're not lying to Granny!" He helped Grandma Suzanne up. "Granny, we're leaving!"

Suzanne pushed him away. "Goodness gracious! What are you doing? Let Gwenda finish."

"What's left to say? She wants her hands on your shares! With KG Entertainment already controlled by the Evans family, if she gets your shares, Grandpa's hard work will be wasted!" August glared at Gwenda. "Gwenda Evans, you'll never succeed! Over my dead body!"

Gwenda hadn't expected such a strong reaction. Realizing she'd been too abrupt, she took a deep breath. "August, let me explain…"

"What's to explain? Granny, let's go!" August tried to pull Suzanne away.

Gwenda stopped them. "August, I have my reasons! Please let me finish…"

"What else is there to say?" August said impatiently.

"I don't have malicious intentions. I just want to take the company back from my dad!"

The passage is now grammatically correct, punctuated appropriately, and flows more smoothly. The dialogue is more natural, and unnecessary repetition is removed.
