Chapter 111: The Room Card Is in My Pants Pocket

North looked up, and Raven's handsome face was staring directly at her. She didn't know when he'd arrived; he simply stood there, one hand in his trousers pocket.

The bosses erupted in laughter, attempting to diffuse the awkwardness.

"Young Master Raven, you're here," one said.

"Young Master," another chimed in, "we were just saying that if North loses the game, you'll pay."

Raven removed his hand from his pocket and rested it on the chair behind North. He looked at her dotingly and muttered, "Just play. I'll pay if you lose."

North chuckled. "Bro, I've made money, okay? I can pay for myself."

Raven's cold black eyes instantly turned colder at her words. North ignored him, focusing on the card in her hand.

Gwen approached and said to Raven, "Rave, it's your birthday! Let's have some fun. The ladies and I will dance for you." She glanced at the ladies Harry had brought earlier.

Raven withdrew his gaze from North and returned to the sofa, his expression indifferent. Everyone cheered, urging, "Young Master Raven, what are you waiting for? Invite them to perform!"

Gwen snapped her fingers twice. The ladies on the sofa stood and went to the stage. Gwen, in a more comfortable and sexy outfit, stood confidently, her attractive figure on display.

Harry, surprised his sister was participating, rolled his eyes in frustrated silence. North scrutinized the ladies, then turned to Raven on the sofa. "Bro, I think these ladies have a soft spot for you. Reward them."

Raven stared at her, a cool smile playing on his crimson lips. "How do you want me to reward them?"

"Where's your room key? Whoever dances best tonight gets it."

The audience cheered enthusiastically at North's suggestion. Raven lit a cigarette, holding it between his fingers. He looked at North, exhaled slowly, and said, "Okay, the room key is in my trousers pocket. You can get it."

"What? No way," North refused.

"Why? Don't you want me to play? Why can't you get the key?" Raven turned to the ladies, his cold eyes softening into a gentle smile. "As you can see, I want to play, but I can't reach the key. My sister wants me to play, but she's clearly unhappy, hence her refusal to get the key."

Gwen glared at North, sensing her sister didn't want Raven interacting with other women.

"North," one of the bosses said, "it's Raven's birthday. Let him have some fun." Another added, "North, with a sister like you, I can't find Young Master Raven a wife!"

North clenched her fist, realizing their thinly veiled flirtation.

"Okay, for my brother's happiness, I'll get it," North finally relented.

She bent down, reaching into Raven's pocket, trying to avoid contact, but her fingers brushed against his thigh. She felt his muscles tense.

Frowning, she asked, "Where's the key? I can't feel it."

Raven murmured hoarsely, "Go further."

North searched deeper, but found nothing. Realizing she'd been tricked, she stood up. Raven tossed his cigarette into the ashtray.

"I'm sorry, I forgot the key wasn't on me," he admitted. "However, I'll keep my word. I'll play the game. Whoever dances best gets my room key."

Harry laughed. "Since Rave's agreed, ladies, let's dance! The best dancer gets his room key tonight."

The music started, and Gwen and the ladies began to dance. Gwen, with her excellent figure, danced enchantingly, confident of winning. The ladies danced beautifully, but Raven watched with a cold, unimpressed expression. Even North, a skilled dancer whose performance had once gone viral, felt the urge to join them.

Applause signaled the end of the dance. "Gwen, you're amazing! The best!" one boss exclaimed.

"Young Master Raven," another began, but the sentence was left unfinished
