Listen to this chapter:

When Natalia opened her eyes, her mother was sitting beside her. Natalia looked around, searching for her babies. Her voice cracked as she asked, "Mom, where are my babies?" She tried to sit up, but moaned in pain.

"Don't sit up," her mother said. "You have stitches."

Natalia bit her lip and looked at her mother with a scared expression. "W-where are they?"

Just then, her father and Jason entered the cabin. Natalia's eyes fell on their hands, and she felt relieved when she saw her babies for the first time. Alpha Martin and Jason walked over and placed the babies on the bed beside her.

Luna Jade smiled and said, "Your babies are completely fine, my baby."

Natalia gazed at her children. The heaviness in her heart lifted as she saw their faces. She whispered, "My babies," kissing each forehead and pulling them close. She had never experienced such joy. She cradled her newborns, closed her eyes, and tears streamed down her face.

"Hey! Don't cry," Jason said.

Natalia glanced at her brother, nodded, and then returned her gaze to her children. They were twins, and she couldn't help but stare at their stunning eyes. They stared back at her.

"They look like their father," Natalia mumbled.

Alpha Martin approached, taking his daughter's hand. Luna Jade and Jason held the babies. Alpha Martin sat on the edge of the bed. Natalia looked at him carefully. "What happened, Dad? Are you not happy? They are your grandchildren."

"You are right. They look like their father," Alpha Martin replied.

Natalia looked away. But what he said next was unexpected. "My men tried contacting him while you were in the operating theater."

Natalia's hand froze. She slowly turned to her father. "W-what?"

Alpha Martin patted her hand. "During your eight months at my pack house, I'm aware of how you spent your time. I just made one final attempt to—"

Natalia was speechless. A familiar hope flickered in her heart. What if Adrian accepted her and the babies this time? She would forget about the divorce, and perhaps they could begin their relationship again.

However, her hope was dashed the next second as her brother spoke. "And what happened after that, Dad? Tell her. Tell her that when that bastard heard her name, he said he didn't want to talk about her. He doesn't care."

Natalia was shocked. How much pain could she tolerate? Why couldn't she forget him after all he had done?

"Jason," Alpha Martin said sharply. Jason lowered his head.

Alpha Martin turned back to his daughter. He was a strong Alpha who had built his pack himself. He deeply loved his daughter.

"Dad, why did you do that? You didn't have to," Natalia cried.

Luna Jade also wept. Everyone was concerned about Natalia's future.

"If you want that man, I can go to him and beg him for you," Alpha Martin offered.

Natalia's eyes widened.

"DAD!" "MARTIN!" Luna Jade and Jason exclaimed simultaneously.

Natalia shook her head vehemently. "No, Dad. Please. Don't say that. My father is a proud Alpha, and I don't want to see him lose his respect for me. As of right now, I no longer love that man."

Alpha Martin held her hand firmly. It wasn't easy for him either, but he didn't want to lose his daughter again.

"He doesn't know about the babies. Let me call hi—"

"No, Dad. I swear, I will forget him. Make sure he doesn't know about my children. They are only mine. I will try to be happy. I have you, Mom, and—"

She decided to end her feelings for him forever.

The next day, the doctors were astonished to discover that all the stitches in Natalia's belly had healed. They were shocked. Natalia didn't have a wolf to help her, and ordinary wolves couldn't heal that quickly. How had she done it? Natalia was surprised, too.

As time passed, Natalia lived happily with her babies and family.

One night, Natalia felt an urge to go to the forest. She didn't know why, but she felt strange. "What's happening to me?" she wondered as she walked alone into the woods.

"Shift," a voice echoed in her mind. Her legs froze, hearing her wolf for the first time. She couldn't believe she had a wolf.

Agony shot through her bones. She screamed in anguish, feeling as if her body were on fire. Within minutes, a giant black wolf emerged in the moonlight. She howled, feeling fulfilled. She was no longer wolfless.

"You are not wolfless. You are a blessing. You will be the greatest healer, every male wolf will want to be with you. You will be the cure for their every wound," her wolf said.

"I don't want anyone in my life now. I am happy with myself. I don't want to be anyone's cure," Natalia replied.

END OF FLASHBACK

"No," Natalia said, recalling her past. "I don't have any feelings for that cruel man," she told Eric.

Eric didn't ask further questions and left her room. He knew she considered him a friend, but he harbored feelings for her—a fact she was unaware of. He hoped she would choose him, not Adrian.

The next day, a photo of Adrian and Natalia, taken at last night's party when Adrian had dragged her to a private room, was sent to every member of the Crystal Blood Pack. The pack members, believing Lynda would be their future Luna, blamed Natalia.

Natalia was dumbfounded. On social media, pack members were trolling, criticizing, and blaming her without reason. Then, she received a text from Lynda: "My first gift to you."

The final two sentences ("Search the FindNovel.net website…") were removed as they are not part of the story's narrative but rather an advertisement.
