On the third day, Flora Verba Group's third batch of products sold out. The official website quickly announced this, and simultaneously launched a new product: Radiance Whitening Cream. Priced at one thousand each, it was released as a pre-order item, with only one hundred thousand units available. Since previous products were well-received, pre-orders for the new cream were also a hit, with consumers eager to place their orders.

At three in the afternoon, Elektra calmly listened to executives report sales performance in the conference room. Their excitement contrasted sharply with her composure, leaving them wondering why she seemed unperturbed—even indifferent—to the company's phenomenal success.

Truthfully, Elektra was on edge. Why hadn't she heard any consumer complaints? Since waking at seven that morning, she'd been waiting for media coverage of Flora Verba Group's problematic products. Despite constantly refreshing major national news platforms in Chanaea, she'd found nothing. This was impossible. One hundred thousand units had been sold. Why hadn't a single complaint surfaced? Christina had warned that even a drop of the solution could trigger a severe allergic reaction, even causing skin to rot. Once consumers tested the product, its contamination would be obvious, leading to immediate backlash, the company's collapse, and likely police investigations. Roxanne, as the key figure, would certainly be detained.

Elektra's thoughts were a tangled mess. Could Christina's substance have had no effect on the products? She'd tried contacting Christina three times, to no avail, fueling her anxiety.

After receiving the executives' reports, Elektra ended the meeting and rushed back to her office, immediately calling Christina. Again, she couldn't reach her.

“F*ck! What on earth is going on? A hundred thousand sets sold! How is it possible that not a single one is problematic? Did Lucian suppress the news? That can't be. There are so many consumers; they'd voice their displeasure online. Lucian can't silence them all!” Elektra's calm finally shattered.

She decided to contact Roxanne, hoping to glean some information. She called under the pretense of reporting the company's sales figures.

“Elektra, I saw the announcement for the new product. The promotional video is stunning! You're an impressive marketer. Initially, I didn't expect Flora Verba Group to achieve this. Now, I don't think the initial profit-sharing ratio is reasonable. You should be getting more! We'll discuss it later!” Roxanne exclaimed.

Elektra was surprised by Roxanne's suggestion of increased profit—more company shares. But that wasn't her concern now. Roxanne's tone indicated nothing was amiss!

Hanging up, Elektra couldn't stay in her office. She immediately went to find Christina at the hotel, uncertain if she was even still there. The thought struck her: had Christina been fooling her all along? Was destroying the Lane family her ultimate goal?
