Chapter 1934: Comparison

Lucian and Roxanne went to the art academy to collect their children. Numerous luxury cars lined the academy's entrance; the million-dollar annual tuition ensured only the wealthiest could afford to enroll their children. However, the academy also boasted gifted students on scholarship. Initially, Lucian paid the children's tuition, but after the academy learned their identities and academic achievements, they offered free tuition. The academy clearly sought association with the Farwell family, hoping to leverage their reputation for publicity. Parents, witnessing the Farwell children in attendance, would naturally perceive the academy as prestigious.

Indeed, enrollment surged exponentially after the academy discreetly and publicly used the children in promotional materials. The academy, however, didn't group students by age but by artistic specialization. Classes included music, dance, and cinematography, among others. Archie, Benny, and Estella were in the Class of Excellence, a group of over thirty students of varying ages, all prodigies excelling in multiple subjects. Each student majored in at least two subjects, some in as many as five. Estella majored in design, traditional clothing, history, programming, and a foreign language. Archie and Benny pursued even more: Archie majored in history, literature, logical thinking, law, and programming, minoring in science fiction and investigative memoryโ€”a skill he'd repeatedly used to assist police in solving complex cases. Benny also majored in five subjects: history, programming, archaeology, cybersecurity, and business logic, with minors in climatology and nuclear power. No other student in the Class of Excellence matched their breadth of study.

As the children left the academy, parents and students openly discussed them.

"Those three are from the Farwell family. The boys are so handsome, and the girl is so sweet! I envy them! It's a blessing to be born into the Farwells."

"I agree. Their background is incredible, but I'm more envious of their talent. They're not just in the Class of Excellence; they're the best. And their chosen subjects aren't even popular for their age! Our children's minds simply can't compare!"

"Exactly! So young, and they've already achieved so much! That girl founded Snuggly. I heard Mr. Farwell doesn't even manage itโ€”he gave her a team! It's worth billions now!"

"Life's so unfair! I'd give ten years of my life for my child to be as brilliant!"

The children overheard the comments, but they were accustomed to such praise. Still, they quickened their pace, eager to see their parents. No one could surpass their parents' accomplishments. Their father led the business world, heading the Farwell Group, the nation's largest company, and its influence only continued to grow. Their mother was a renowned doctor, possessing exceptional medical skills and having developed numerous life-saving medications.

Upon seeing their parents, the children rushed towards them. Lucian and Roxanne exchanged loving glances before squatting to lift their children into their arms. Archie and Benny nestled into Lucian's embrace, one on each arm, while Estella jumped into Roxanne's, giving her mother a kiss on the cheek.
