The expressions on the Queen siblings' faces instantly changed.

"What are you saying?" Frieda glared furiously at Roxanne. "Can you treat him or not? If you can't, then just say so! Don't curse my grandpa like that!"

Roxanne stared coldly at her. "I'm already being very mild. After the delay and lack of timely treatment, your grandfather is suffering organ malfunctions. His immune system is rapidly deteriorating. Normally, such cases require timely, appropriate care. However, the medical team you hired disregarded his health and simply pumped him full of drugs! This isn't treating his condition; it's killing him faster!"

The medical team leader, unhappy with the accusation, approached them. "If you don't understand the situation, don't make nonsensical judgments, Miss. Old Mr. Queen's condition was critical. If we hadn't given him medicine then, he wouldn't have survived! Please don't question our professionalism. Besides, we were hired by Ms. Pearson. Why would we harm him?"

Roxanne immediately recognized the name. Ms. Pearson? Aubree? I can't believe she hired this team. Where did she find these buffoons? They're incompetent and arrogant. Does he think I'll be intimidated because she hired them?

Her expression growing colder, Roxanne retorted, "Professionalism? Forgive my candor, but I see no professionalism whatsoever! If you possessed even a shred of professionalism, the patient's condition wouldn't be this severe!" The doctor was speechless. Remembering Alfred's condition, he furrowed his brow.

Seeing the doctor rebuked, Frieda stepped forward. "Since you're so high-and-mighty, are you certain you can cure my grandpa? If not, stop wasting time. Aubree and Lucian have introduced many good doctors over the years, but you claim their work amounts to nothing?"

Roxanne, furrowing her brows, glanced at Lucian's emotionless face before looking away. "I'm speaking the truth. It's not my place to judge their efforts. I simply believe everyone should know the truth."

"You!" Frieda was surprised by her sharpness.

Seeing a fight brewing, Jonathan glared at his sister, silencing her. He then apologized sincerely.

"I apologize for my sister. However, I don't care about past treatment. I only want to know if you're confident in treating my grandfather. If so, please hurry. His condition is critical; we can't afford delays."

Frieda sarcastically added, "Yeah, you're so good. Quickly treat our grandfather then. Let's see how capable you are."

Ignoring the provocation, Roxanne returned to the bed. "I'll treat him now. Please help me undress Old Mr. Queen."
