Listen to this chapter:

James didn't want to become famous.

"You know the Blithe King, right? He had a conflict with my commander, the Black Dragon. He'll stop your birthday celebration if he discovers the House of Royals belongs to the Black Dragon. That would be very troublesome," Lex trembled. He couldn't afford to offend the Blithe King. James, satisfied with Lex's reaction, continued, "As long as Grandpa doesn't say anything, no one will know. You can announce the House of Royals belongs to an old friend. That'll be good press for the Callahans."

James devised a plan for Lex, who, being a smart man, would know how to handle it.

Lex patted James's shoulder. "I was right to let you marry into the Callahans, James. It's the best decision of my life! I never imagined such a grand celebration at eighty. I'll hold a press conference to announce the change of venue."

"Alright, Grandpa. I'll head back. I've made arrangements for the Callahans to decorate early, but please don't damage anything. Otherwise, the Callahans and I will be in trouble if my commander finds fault."

"Alright, I'll be careful."

Lex was ecstatic. He was finally about to have his once-in-a-lifetime grand experience at eighty. Tommy, Megan, Wendy, and Brody looked puzzled from the doorway.

"James, what did you say to Grandpa? Why is he so happy?" Tommy frowned.

"Yeah, I haven't seen him smile like that in a long time," Megan agreed.

James simply walked out. Lex quickly approached them, explaining with a smile, "Quick, get Howard! I have an important announcement!"

Howard soon arrived.

"What's the announcement, Dad?"

"Cancel the Cansington Hotel reservation. I'm changing the venue for my birthday celebration."

Howard said anxiously, "I've already paid the three-million-dollar reservation fee. The Cansington Hotel has agreed to empty the first floor. Why the sudden change? Is there a more luxurious place?" Lex laughed heartily. "I'm changing the venue to the House of Royals. This time, I want a grand celebration, and I want all of Cansington to know the Callahans' strength."

"Dad, are you confused? Do you know the House of Royals? The one in the Goodview Villa District? We can't just access that!"

"Grandpa, are you talking about the House of Royals in Cansington? The unpurchasable one? The one that's been under construction for years, with an unknown owner?" Tommy asked cautiously. Lex laughed. "Haha, that's right!"

"Howard, add fifty million dollars to my birthday fund. We'll invite all the big celebrities! Also, send invitations to the Great Four, Celestial Group, Longevity Pharmaceuticals, Abundant Pharmaceuticals, and even Dr. Jay Fallon. Redesign the invitations—make them exquisite, and add the House of Royals logo!"

"Contact reporters immediately. I need to hold a press conference!" The Callahans were dumbfounded. Why the sudden change to the House of Royals? Tommy remembered James whispering to Lex, making him so happy.

He asked, "Grandpa, did James tell you to hold the celebration at the House of Royals? You can't trust him! It's too late to remake the invitations. And it'll be embarrassing if we're refused entry!"

Lex calmed down. Tommy was right. The House of Royals—even the Great Four weren't qualified to enter. Were James's words trustworthy? Lex ordered, "Let's not jump to conclusions, Howard. Go to the House of Royals to confirm. No, wait. I'll go myself. Prepare the car."
