Chapter 451

Cach drew in a sharp breath, unable to believe what she had heard. Adam actually expected her to kneel at Celineโ€™s feet. She staggered back two steps, nearly losing her balance before Lucy caught her.

Lucy said, โ€œMr. Alvarez, how can you do this to Carly? Youโ€™re just helping Celine humiliate her!โ€

Adam cast a cold glance at Lucy and asked, โ€œWhat about you? Isnโ€™t Celine your biological daughter? Look at what youโ€™ve done to her.โ€

Lay was stunned into silence.

Celineโ€™s sharp, almond-shaped eyes locked onto Carly. โ€œCarly, are you doing this or not? My time is valuable, and I donโ€™t intend to waste it on you.โ€

Ralley choked as she said, โ€œCarly, if you donโ€™t prove it now, next time, even if you want to, youโ€™ll have to wait in line.โ€

Carlyโ€™s already pale face lost the last traces of color.

Celine had no patience for her hesitation. โ€œLooks like you havenโ€™t made up your mind. Iโ€™m leaving.โ€

Hailey took Celineโ€™s arm, preparing to leave.

Cach clenched her fists tightly at her sides. Just as they were about to walk away, she shouted, โ€œFine, Celine! Do it!โ€

Celine stopped and turned back, looking at Carly.

With a shudder, Carly dropped to her knees. Right in front of the most powerful elites of Mรฉdity, Carly prostrated herself at Celineโ€™s feet. Her eyes burned with humiliation, reddening with unshed tears. Without a doubt, this was the greatest disgrace of her life. โ€œCeline, please. I beg you. Help meโ€ฆโ€ She had finally swallowed her pride and begged.

While watching Carly prostrate herself at Celineโ€™s feet, Lucy felt as if a thousand arrows had pierced her heart. In that moment, her hatred for Celine reached its peak.

Sonia stamped her foot, wailing in despair. โ€œWhat is happening? Our family is completely ruined!โ€ The two daughters she had once been so proud of had both been crushed by Celine.

As Celine glanced at Carly, who was still groveling at her feet, she slowly smirked. โ€œCarly, Iโ€™m not going to save you.โ€

Carly wailed. โ€œCeline, you made me do this! Yourโ€ฆโ€

โ€œThatโ€™s right, I made you grovel at my feet, but did I ever promise I would save you if you did that?โ€

Lucy immediately pulled Carly up and said, โ€œCeline, donโ€™t go too far!โ€

Celineโ€™s gaze swept across Sonia, Lucy, Carly, and Tracy. โ€œHow did my dad die?โ€ The question sent a jolt through Sonia and Lucy.

Celine continued, โ€œWho killed my dad? I want an answer. Three days from nowโ€ฆ I want every single person responsible for his death to confess their crimes at his grave before turningโ€ฆโ€

Sonia and Lucy stared at her. At that moment, her clear eyes burned with a cold, cutting intensity. It was sharp and unstoppable, a blade drawn from its sheath.

Celine said, โ€œDid you really think this was the end? Noโ€”Iโ€™m telling you, this is just the beginning! For years, youโ€™ve lived in wealth and privilege at the cost of my dadโ€™s life. Now, itโ€™s time for you to pay it all back!โ€

With that, Celine turned and walked away. Her graceful, untouched figure vanished into the night.
