When Maeve came out of the washroom, she realized her child had disappeared. Even more ridiculously, a moment later, the little guy ran back from outside with his school bag.

Maeve was a little puzzled, but more amused. So, he had gone to get his bag, she thought.

Theo put down his bag and ran to Maeve excitedly. "Mommy, I'm the class monitor now! From now on, those brats will be my subordinates!"

Maeve sensed something was wrong, but the thought quickly passed.

"Theo, are you the class monitor or a mountain bandit?" she couldn't help laughing.

The little guy confidently swayed his head and stuck out an index finger. "That's not enough. My goal is to make all the rascals in kindergarten bow down to their king in jeans! They'll charge into battle with me, drinking and feasting!"

Maeve immediately grabbed the hem of his school uniform. "Children can't drink. I won't allow it!"

"Mommy, you have to be more open-minded," Theo said with a serious expression. "I'm starving and desperately need food to replenish the energy I lost on the battlefield today."

Maeve was stunned. "My son is too dramatic. What should I do? Can I trade the old for the new?" She was puzzled. "Didn't you just eat muffins? Why are you hungry again so soon? It's almost dinner time. Finish the remaining hot soup first."

Theo blinked his big eyes. "Muffins? What muffins?" Before he could finish, Maeve had gone to the kitchen.

Maeve was dumbfounded to find the small milk pot empty. "Where's the remaining hot soup? Why is only the pot left?"

Suspiciously recalling Theo's running in and out, Maeve narrowed her eyes and asked, "Darling, where did you pour the remaining hot soup?" Theo, lying on the sofa playing a phone game, didn't seem to notice anything unusual. "I don't know; I just got home," he said childishly.

"It's strange. I remember saving my game last night. Why is it gone today?" Theo was puzzled.

Maeve stared at his relaxed back and chuckled. "Alright! How dare you play dumb with me?" She walked over and smacked his bottom. "You don't want to drink the hot soup, so you want to take medicine? See if I care if you catch a cold later."

"Mommy, why did you hit me?" Theo was stunned. Although it doesn't hurt, it's embarrassing to be spanked at my age, he thought.

"Why are you still asking after all that?" Maeve snorted. "Don't think you can avoid the hot soup. I'll make two pots later. You must drink them all!"

Theo whimpered, looking up with wide eyes. "But I'm not sick! Can I not drink it?" He hated the herbal taste most. Maeve's heart softened for a moment, then she said decisively, "No. Why did you dump the remaining hot soup?"

Theo cried out in grievance. Suddenly, he sensed something was wrong. Muffins, hot soup, and my formatted game console... Someone has been in the house, he thought.

"Mommy, was there a visitor this afternoon?" Theo immediately sat up and asked.

Maeve patted his head. "You said you're not sick. Aren't you running a fever? Otherwise, why can't you remember being home this afternoon?"

Sure enough, he has to drink the hot soup, Maeve thought.

Theo's eyes widened, his heart racing. I was at kindergarten all day. How could I be home? Who disguised themselves as me and ate my muffins?! Wait, Mommy didn't notice. That means this person and I look so much alike, even Mommy couldn't tell!

Theo clenched his fists as a bold guess formed in his mind. Could it be my supposedly deceased twin brother is still alive? And not only that, but he's with the Great Demon King! But these are just guesses. I have to find a way to prove it.

Maeve was puzzled, watching her son's expression shift between excitement and gloom. "Does his mood swing this much? Is my child alright?"

Theo returned to his room (a converted guest room). He turned on the computer and quickly found Byron's IP address. He then accessed Nightfall Manor's surveillance system and searched through the rooms. Finally, he located the children's room on the third floor.

"I've found you," Theo said, looking at the screen, overjoyed. "You're indeed handsome like me!"

However, remembering his spanking and the unpleasant hot soup, he became furious. He rubbed his chin and fell into deep thought. "What gift should I give my younger brother? After all, I've given all my gift money to Mommy, so the gift doesn't need to be expensive. It's the thought that counts, right?"

There were no kindergarten classes Friday afternoon. He traveled to the McDaniel Group by himself. He walked to the front desk and said to the receptionist in a childish voice, "Miss, I'm looking for my father. Can you take me to him?" Byron protected Will very well; outsiders rarely saw him. The receptionist, noticing Theo's adorable, stylish attire, smiled and asked, "Who's your dad? What's his name?"

Theo looked up. "His name is Byron McDaniel."

"Byron McDaniel..." The receptionist's expression changed. Isn't that the president's name? Is this kid their little prince?

The receptionist gasped. "Hello, Mr. William McDaniel. I'll take you upstairs to see Mr. Byron McDaniel. Please follow me."

"Thank you, Miss," Theo said.

The receptionist's heart melted. Suppressing her excitement, she escorted Theo to the top floor via the executive elevator. After dropping him off, she couldn't resist gossiping in a group chat:

[Shocking news! I met the little prince today! His features are so refined, he looks mixed-race. His voice is so sweet and tender.] [Hurry and upload photos! Don't just get excited yourself!] [Warning! The McDaniel Group is not to be trifled with!] [I don't dare take photos. Up close, he's a miniature Mr. McDaniel, except his eyes! They're round and cute! He looks like his mother!] [You mean Miss Anderson? I remember she has monolids.] [That rumor's outdated. If Miss Anderson is his mother, would she still be Mr. McDaniel's fiancรฉe?]

The group chat was lively. Even secretaries from the secretary's office who secretly saw Theo joined, confirming the little prince's exceptional appearance.
