Chapter 354: Are You Dating My Sister?

"Of course, Master Venicus! Please, come in!" Zachariah said, gesturing for the elderly man to enter the mansion.

After inviting Venicus into the living room, Zachariah poured him tea as a sign of respect.

Satisfied, Venicus nodded with a smile.

"Did Mr. Quillen give you any instructions for this visit, Master Venicus?" Zachariah asked.

"Hahaha! Mr. Quillen told me all about you, Old Mr. Jantz! I'm here to help you produce the Longevity Pill! It will extend your life beyond a hundred years!" Venicus replied with a hearty chuckle.

"Thank you, Master Venicus! I'm sure you're tired from your journey. Please rest here for a few days. I've instructed my servants to prepare the necessary materials for the Longevity Pill; they should be ready in two days," Zachariah said excitedly.

Venicus nodded and stood. Just as he was about to leave for his room, he turned and asked, "By the way, Old Mr. Jantz, are you aware of my preferences?"

"Of course, Master Venicus. I have prepared everything you desire," Zachariah replied, nodding profusely.

"Hahaha! Excellent!"

After Venicus entered his guest room, Zachariah instructed his butler, "Leonardo, bring the women we've invited to Master Venicus's room. Remember, we need to provide him with two virgin women each day."

"Yes, sir," Leonardo replied, hurrying off.

Meanwhile, Jared rested on the couch in Lizbeth's apartment while she went to meet Anthony. Neither knew what to do about Jared, but Lizbeth was determined not to hand him over to the Jantz family.

Suddenly, they heard the sound of a key in the lock. Assuming it was Lizbeth, Jared paid it no mind.

To his surprise, a young man in his early twenties entered.

"Who are you? What are you doing here?" the young man asked, surprised to see Jared on the couch.

Thinking the young man was Lizbeth's boyfriend, Jared panicked. "I was just resting! I'm not a bad guy!"

"That's not very convincing for a guy found in my sister's apartment! How did you get in here? My sister's an investigator! She'll kill you for trespassing!" the young man threatened, grabbing a broom.

Jared breathed a sigh of relief upon learning the young man was Lizbeth's brother. "You're Lizbeth's brother? She brought me here. She had to go out and asked me to wait. I'm not a bad guy. I'm an associate of your grandfather, Walter Grange."

Since a burglar wouldn't likely know his grandfather, the young man relaxed, setting down the broom.

"You're my sister's boyfriend? The family's been pressuring her to get one, but she refused. So she secretly found one! What's your name? What does your family do? Are you wealthy?" he bombarded Jared with questions.

Before Jared could answer, Lizbeth returned.

"What are you doing here, Oliver?" Lizbeth asked, displeased.
