Phoenix shook her head. "I have no idea, My Lord," she replied. "Dragon Sect has thirteen regiments, but we operate independently. None of us knows who the other twelve are. Aren't you aware of this as well?"

Jared sighed. "Let's not dwell on that," he said. "I've already found two regiments: yours, the Phoenix Regiment, and the Templar Regiment in Horington."

Phoenix was surprised. "You mean Tommy Lewis, the underground king of Horington?"

"That's right," Jared nodded.

"What a surprise! I never knew Tommy and I had anything in common!" she chuckled. "My Lord, you mentioned being forced to Summerbank. Are you in trouble?"

"I eliminated the Whitaker family, and the Jantzs are threatening me and my family. For their safety, I had to move to Summerbank," he explained casually.

Phoenix gasped. "My Lord, are you Jared Chance?"

Jared was baffled. "You've heard of me?"

"Of course! Everyone in Summerbank's high society knows about you and your amazing deeds! At the Warriors Alliance Conference, the Jantzs repeatedly hinted they wanted our help to capture you. They also demanded no one touch the Whitaker family's assets," Phoenix said.

"I disregard the Jantzs; their words mean nothing to me. I do as I please. In fact, I'm already secretly acquiring some of the Whitaker family's assets. I've also told my men that if they meet you, they're not to assist the Jantzs. The Whitaker family deserved their fate—it's their retribution!" she added.

Awe filled her face. "I didn't expect you were responsible! I hoped to meet the person who stood against them, and I'm glad I met you! Rest assured, the Jantzs will never harm you or your family as long as the Phoenix Regiment exists. We'll fight them to the last!" Her loyalty was evident in her emotional declaration.

Jared was embarrassed by the praise. He smiled awkwardly. "I'll contact you if I need help. For now, keep my identity confidential. Please call me Mr. Chance."

"Understood!" Phoenix nodded.

Jared left after a short conversation, not wanting to worry Lizbeth. Exiting the bar with Phoenix, he saw it heavily guarded by Phoenix Regiment members. When Orb saw Phoenix, he approached anxiously. "Are you okay, Madam?"

Phoenix shoved him aside, clearing a path for Jared. "This way, Mr. Chance."

Jared nodded and left, leaving a stunned group of men. Orb and the others were shocked by Phoenix's reverence.

"Phoenix Regiment, listen!" Phoenix shouted. Her men instantly knelt. "From now on, Mr. Chance's orders are your commands. Anyone who defies him dies!"

"Yes, Madam!" they replied in unison.

Orb was terrified. He stood shakily, avoiding Jared's gaze.
