Charles raised an eyebrow. He wasn't that vain. It was probably because Skylar had secured Jacky as his lawyer.

"I'll ask the PR team about it. Don't post the announcement yet," Skylar said calmly.

"What? Alright!" Freddie readily agreed. He felt Skylar could resolve their crisis. She was composed and unhurried, more like Charles' agent than Freddie himself.

Charles hadn't noticed how readily he'd believed and supported Skylar after hearing her proposal. Realizing this, he saw that Skylar had indeed matured. She could now help him solve his problems.

As Skylar and Paul discussed the contents of Charles' announcements, Paul asked Sarah to text Skylar. Her first message read, "Nice to meet you, Mrs. Martin." Seeing this greeting, Skylar realized more people were learning about her marriage to Joe.

"I'd advise against posting anything now. I've planned several countermeasures. I just need your preference, Mrs. Martin. Do you want to allow Felicia to remain in the entertainment industry?"

Skylar replied, "Felicia is backed by powerful people. Targeting her might bring trouble to Martin Group."

Skylar certainly hoped Felicia wouldn't continue disrupting the industry. After all, she was a hypocritical woman who'd tried to frame dedicated actors.

Sarah said, "The entire Ingram family isn't powerful enough to trouble us, let alone Felicia herself."

Skylar responded, "Alright."

"I'm going to proceed. I'll inform you when it's time to post the Instagram story. We'll send you the full statement afterward."

Skylar looked up to see Charles and Freddie intently watching her. She said, "Post the story later. The PR team will send us the statement. Our job now is simply to wait."

"Um… Will we be able to turn things around? I believe Charles could return to his former glory if given the chance to audition," Freddie said, believing this the best possible outcome.

It was far better than using all of Charles' savings to repay his debt. The difference was night and day.

Charles shrugged and remarked, "Even if you asked me to be an extra, I'd do it." He was already envisioning his future as a farmer.

Skylar knew of Sarah's capabilities. However, the situation was evolving rapidly, and she couldn't be overly optimistic.

"Let's hope so," Skylar said lightly.

After a while, Benjamin called Freddie again. He asked, "Why haven't you posted on Instagram?"

Freddie remained bewildered. He said, "We're not rushing. We'll wait and see." Why was Benjamin so concerned?

He said, "Oh, alright." Freddie had no idea why Benjamin was calling. Was it simply to inquire about the situation?

When Adele saw Jacky's post, she was terrified. She said, "How does Charles know Mr. Lourdes? Everyone online wants Charles punished. Why would he take his case? I've heard Mr. Lourdes only accepts cases he's confident in. If he takes the case, he'll win for sure."
