Chapter 51

At her words, Sienna clenched her fist. โ€œVivian, Iโ€™ll show you how itโ€™s done. Come with me.โ€

Sienna grabbed Vivianโ€™s hand and led her out of the hospital room. Vivian, still in a daze, simply followed.

Sienna opened the passenger door and helped Vivian in. Pulling out her phone, she started a call while circling to the driverโ€™s side. The wind lifted the hem of her dress, accentuating her regal poise.

โ€œLana, round up all those bastards and bring them to the warehouse. Theyโ€™ll pay in blood. Tell Reno to prepare the tools,โ€ she ordered.

โ€œOn it,โ€ Lana replied.

Vivian watched, puzzled, as the route took them farther and farther from downtown. โ€œSienna, where are we going?โ€

โ€œIโ€™ll take you to settle the score. You in?โ€ Sienna said. She shot Vivian a razor-sharp glance, not to intimidate her, but to shake her to the core.

There was an unimaginable strength in Siennaโ€™s eyes. It became Vivianโ€™s confidence, her sense of security.

Vivianโ€™s breath caught. Clenching her fists, she answered Sienna firmly, โ€œIโ€™m in.โ€

A storm of pent-up rage and hatred surged through Vivian, devouring her heart whole.

At the sight of the familiar warehouse, Vivianโ€™s heart lurched. All the color drained from her face as she clenched her fists, a wave of dread washing over her.

Sienna turned to Vivian and said firmly, โ€œVivian, letโ€™s go.โ€

Vivian nodded firmly, telling herself, โ€˜If I ever want to step out of the darkness, I have to face it head-on.โ€™

Lana and Reno had been waiting outside. The moment Sienna arrived, they straightened up, standing at attention, ready for her commands.

โ€œOpen the door,โ€ Sienna ordered.

As Reno swung open the warehouse door, Vivian froze at the sight of those all-too-familiar faces, her eyes wide with terror. Instinctively, she recoiled, but Sienna clamped down on her shoulder, anchoring her in place.

All the color drained from Vivianโ€™s face. She was trembling all over. She stammered, her voice trembling, โ€œSienna, you knew all along.โ€

Vivianโ€™s mind raced in panic as she wondered, โ€˜She found out everything. Then those photos and videos? Did Sienna see them all?โ€™

Reno hefted a heavy sack and dumped it onto the floor with a thud, scattering an array of specialized torture devices, all designed specifically to torment men.

A chill ran down her spine as the realization slowly dawned on Vivian.

Sienna cupped Vivianโ€™s face, forcing eye contact as she said coldly, โ€œVivian, donโ€™t run away. Remember what I told you? Only by facing the darkness can you conquer your fear.

โ€œWhat youโ€™ve been throughโ€“to most people, itโ€™s barely a scratch, just a minor nuisance. But if you dwell on it, itโ€™ll haunt you for life, dragging you into a mire of self-doubt.โ€

Vivianโ€™s heart raced as Siennaโ€™s words ignited every nerve in her body, filling her with burning strength and courage.

Vivianโ€™s fear melted away from her eyes, replaced by an unshakable bloodlust. โ€œGot it, Sienna. I know exactly what to do.โ€

Sienna left the old camera and photos behind as evidence, then pulled out a brand-new recording device. โ€œVivian, make them suffer tenfold for every wound they inflicted on you.โ€

With a chilling smirk, Sienna patted Vivianโ€™s shoulder. โ€œJust keep them breathing.โ€

Sienna didnโ€™t want Vivian to be a good girl, nor a pure and innocent angel. She wanted to forge Vivian into a demon because only demons grow claws and fangs, and that way, Vivian would never be hurt.

The warehouse door slammed shut. Just like years ago, fear hung thick in the air. Only this time, the roles were reversed.

Lana and Reno stood at the entrance, while Sienna leaned lazily against the car, exuding an air of icy detachment. She lit a cigarette, her eyes gleaming with terrifying intensity. โ€œLana, is everything set?โ€

Lana replied, โ€œMiss Enna, all set.โ€

After all, it was only a matter of time before these people ended up behind bars. They were all fugitives now anyway.

Lana had already tipped off the police, who would soon uncover all that damning evidence. She was just a helpless woman who happened to encounter some criminals and promptly called the police.

Seven or eight criminals just escaped from a defenseless woman, and that was all.

Dawn broke.
