Chapter 545: Evening Special Service

โ€œMiss Clark, that Chanel dressโ€”itโ€™s from the catwalk show two days ago! Did you model it?โ€

โ€œMiss Clark, you look radiant! You must have a wealthy boyfriend, right?โ€

Harper, surrounded by colleagues, lifted her head. Seeing Olive, she smiled proudly, announcing loudly, โ€œYes, I have a boyfriend. He buys all my clothes and bags.โ€

โ€œMiss Clark, who is he? Tell us!โ€ someone urged.

Harper lifted her chin. โ€œThatโ€ฆ Iโ€™ll keep it a secret. Heโ€™s someone you canโ€™t imagine!โ€

Olive glanced at Harper and left silently. Harper, disappointed, had hoped for a display of jealousy, but Oliveโ€™s composure felt like punching cotton.

Oliveโ€™s phone buzzed. A text from Derrick Domino: โ€œThe wedding day approaches. Come home soon.โ€ After a few seconds, the message vanishedโ€”a special, untraceable message. She needed to go to Greenland, begin her new life.

Olive submitted her resignation, her thoughts turning to Lilโ€™ Nathan. Before leaving, she wanted to see him.

While packing, Harper arrived, smiling. โ€œMiss Hart, such a pity youโ€™re resigning. Iโ€™m about to share some exciting news about my relationship.โ€

โ€œIโ€™m dating a handsome, rich man! Heโ€™s wonderful, spoils me terribly. He rescued me from that bar and buys me luxury goods. Youโ€™ll be happy for me, wonโ€™t you?โ€

Olive looked at Harper with clear eyes. โ€œDo you truly want my blessing?โ€

โ€œOf course!โ€ Harper nodded.

Olive slowly curled her lips. โ€œA single blessing is boring. Letโ€™s get all the kindergarten teachers to bless you.โ€

Harper was taken aback. โ€œWhat do you mean?โ€

Olive displayed a photo, sending it to the kindergarten staffโ€™s group chat. Harper received notifications and felt a sudden dread.

The photo showed Elvis from the previous night. Elvis's face was unclear, but Harper was glaring, squatting between a manโ€™s legs, seemingly posing suggestively. The group chat exploded.

โ€œMiss Clark, whatโ€™s going on?โ€

โ€œOh my god! No wonder Harper was dripping in designer brands this morning!โ€

โ€œSo shameless! She looks like sheโ€™s bragging!โ€

โ€œShe lied about a rich boyfriend! An older man, I bet.โ€

โ€œMiss Clark, please come to the principalโ€™s office immediately.โ€

Harper felt a chill. Oliveโ€™s ruthlessness shocked her.

Harper, mortified, saw the picture of herselfโ€”petty, undignifiedโ€”and yet sheโ€™d beamed without shame. The principalโ€™s summons foreshadowed dismissal.

Furious, trembling, Harper glared at Olive. โ€œOlive, you dareโ€ฆโ€

โ€œWhy wouldnโ€™t I dare?โ€ Olive interrupted calmly. โ€œShould I post this on the school forum?โ€

โ€œYou!โ€ Harper shouted.

โ€œYour family situation isnโ€™t great, so I understand your ambition. Consider this a free service. Many men will seek you out now. You can wear Chanel and flaunt your wealth. Thank me later.โ€

Harper, stunned by Oliveโ€™s sharp tongue and uncompromising actions, was speechless.

The principal arrived, stern-faced. โ€œHarper, we don't control your private life, but your behavior reflects poorly on the school. Pack your things and leave.โ€

Harper, pale, looked at her colleagues. Their disdainful glances felt like sheโ€™d contracted a contagious disease. She gritted her teeth, unable to speak. Turning to glare at Olive, she left.

Olive hailed a taxi. She didnโ€™t know Elvisโ€™s whereabouts, and after what sheโ€™d learned, she didn't want to see him. But before Greenland, she had to see Lilโ€™ Nathan.

Later, Harper, dismissed from the kindergarten, saw Olive. Her eyes lit up with sarcasm. โ€œMiss Hart, no special car? Still taking a taxi?โ€

Harper smiled. โ€œMy boyfriend sent a luxury car.โ€
