Chapter 558
A slender hand reached out. Ivy looked at Levi curiously. “Bro, who called you?”
Levi replied, “My eldest brother!”
Ivy looked completely confused. “Bro, how will that handsome uncle agree to be our dad?”
Levi touched Ivy’s head. “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of this.”
Seeing her brother’s confident demeanor, Ivy felt relieved. Nothing in this world could beat her brother. Levi temporarily took Aunty Cora and Ivy to escape, planning a visit to his brother.
“Young master, young lady, I received news that the princess has arrived in Greenland. Shall we go see her?” Aunty Cora asked.
Levi waved his hand. “No need for now. I have important work to do.”
“But…”
“Aunty Cora, what did Uncle Derrick say to you when he left? I’ll take care of everything,” Levi reminded her.
The next day, the princess of Visionary arrived in Greenland, exciting the populace. The middle of the road was covered with a red carpet stretching for miles, and the roadside was adorned with flowers and white towels. Elvis stood on the high observatory, impeccably dressed in a fitted black shirt and trousers. He was strikingly handsome, yet a palpable chill emanated from him, his condescending posture conveying extreme distance and indifference. Anyone perceptive could see Elvis was in a foul mood and best left undisturbed.
Damien and Alpha, unseen for three years, sat in a luxurious room drinking tea.
Damien asked, “Why isn’t my grandson Nathan here?”
Alpha elegantly sipped his tea and casually replied, “He doesn’t want to come. He’s met an opponent.”
“An opponent?” Damien asked, glancing at Alpha.
Alpha nodded. “Yes, your other grandson is here.” Damien’s eyes lit up. They both knew Olive had given birth to triplets three years prior. Three years ago, Olive had narrowly escaped death during childbirth; then Joyce Brown sealed her heart with an ice needle, plunging her into a two-year sleep. Before losing consciousness, Olive asked Joyce to send her eldest son, Nathan, to Elvis. Joyce then approached Alpha, who facilitated this. Alpha had lied to his son Elvis, claiming Nathan was born via surrogacy. For three years, Elvis remained convinced, never doubting Nathan’s true identity. Over those three years, Alpha and Damien watched their oldest grandson, Nathan, grow. Due to the strength of Elvis and Olive’s genes, Nathan’s IQ was almost superhuman.
Evaluating Nathan, Alpha, and Damien were naturally curious about Levi.
Damien said, “Have you seen Levi?”
“No,” Alpha shook his head, calmly sipping his tea. “But I heard he possesses superhuman marksmanship. Last night, he effortlessly hacked his father’s computer and escaped before Nathan.”
Damien understood. Nathan, raised solely by Elvis, possessed a natural business acumen; Levi, raised in Visionary by Joyce and Derrick Domino, was likely equally intelligent and cunning, possessing extraordinary skills. Undeniably, both brothers possessed incredible IQs—a pair of geniuses.
Damien looked at Alpha. He sensed a hint of pride and boastfulness in Alpha’s demeanor.
“Has Ivy arrived yet?” Damien asked.
At the mention of their precious granddaughter, Damien and Alpha’s expressions softened. Alpha put down his teacup. “She must be here.”
Damien rose and went to the window, looking down at the crowd. “Alpha, Joyce contacted you three years ago, asking you to help conceal Nathan’s identity. She also mentioned that when Olive reappeared, she and Anabelle would be with her, correct?”
Alpha joined Damien at the window and nodded, “Right.” They said no more. Olive, Joyce, and Anabelle were back!
Unbeknownst to Elvis, Damien and Alpha were plotting. He merely observed the activity below. A commotion erupted. Someone excitedly shouted, “Look, the princess of Visionary has arrived!”
Elvis looked up and saw a wedding car slowly approaching. He couldn’t see the passenger clearly, but a slim, beautiful figure was visible. Olive was here!
The onlookers were ecstatic. “Have you seen the Princess of Visionary?” “I can’t see clearly, only a figure, but…she’s like a fairy descending to earth, so beautiful!” “Princess Clara is Greenland’s most beautiful and prestigious princess. I wonder who is more beautiful, the Princess of Visionary or Princess Clara?” “Secretly…I fear it’s the Princess of Visionary!”
The wedding car proceeded down the street, stopping before the palace. The gates opened, revealing Logan, his children, and powerful officials. The car paused. Logan looked at his two sons, Liam and Aaron, with satisfaction. “Liam, your fiancée has arrived. Go get her.”
Liam approached the wedding car. Elvis, from his observatory, watched Liam. Liam’s reputation was legendary. Handsome, tall, and powerfully built, his musculature was visible beneath his thin coat. Unlike Elvis’s restrained majesty, Liam resembled a lord of the wild, possessing a more untamed and aggressive spirit. Liam controlled Greenland’s Gold City, a veteran of countless battles; his name, the Gold City King, struck fear into the hearts of his enemies. He was a formidable opponent. Elvis pursed his lips. Liam reached the car, knocked on the door, and announced, “Prince Liam Theodore is here.”
The car door opened, revealing a slender, elegant hand extended towards Liam. Everyone held their breath, anticipating Olive’s arrival.
