Chapter 647: My Woman, You Don’t Want To Meddle With Her!

Clara tried to return to Elvis's arms, but he evaded her, preventing her from touching him. Clara was disappointed. What was wrong? When she was Olive, he liked Sadie; now that she was Sadie, he liked Olive. Why did fate torment her so?

Unsatisfied, Clara believed she hadn't fully showcased her charm. She tore open her collar, revealing her snow-white skin, and pressed herself against Elvis. He found her annoying and pushed her into the pool behind them. The cold water extinguished her enthusiasm.

Free of Clara, Elvis strode to a closed door and opened it. He saw Olive unconscious on the bed, some buttons of her dress undone, her beautiful skin exposed. Her eyes were closed, her dark hair scattered on the pillows. Liam knelt beside her, unbuttoning her clothes.

Elvis's eyes blazed with fury. He grabbed Liam by the collar, yanking him from the bed and punching him in the face. Liam crashed into the wall, attracting the palace staff. "Who are you? Take him down!" one shouted. "King Liam, are you alright?" his men asked, rushing to his aid.

Liam spat out blood, his senses returning slowly. He panted, realizing he'd been hypnotized and didn't know what he'd done, though he seemed to have insulted Princess Olive. He looked up to see Elvis removing his coat to cover Olive, concealing her beauty. "Olive, Olive!" he called, but she didn't respond.

Elvis found her phone and checked the call log. During the crisis, she'd called Alpha, not him. The first person she'd thought of wasn't him, but Alpha! He sneered. He'd given her all his love, yet she'd repeatedly hurt him. She was a scoundrel.

Despite her actions, despite everything, he still found her stunning. He picked her up to take her away.

"Stop! Who are you? You broke into the Gold City Royal Palace and injured the King! Put down Princess Olive—she's King Liam's fiancée!" someone blocked his path.

The King's fiancée? Elvis had forgotten. His gaze sharpened, fixing on Liam, who had risen to his feet. Elvis had calmly faced the siege, his demeanor contemptuous and domineering. Liam finally said, "You all should retreat. Mr. Augustine, please proceed."

Liam allowed Elvis to take Olive. Elvis approached him, calmly stating, "Olive is my woman and my son's mother. King Liam, you'd best not interfere." With that, he disappeared.

Liam watched Elvis go. He’d never seen such arrogance. He'd long suspected a history between Olive and Elvis; now he knew they had a son. "King Liam," Thomas whispered, "the Red Mafia leader is audacious. Are you letting him go?"

Liam wiped blood from his mouth; Elvis's punch had nearly killed him. Thankfully, neither he nor Olive were seriously harmed. "Mr. Arthur," he said, "don't you see something about Elvis? Investigate his background, especially...his mother."

Olive woke to find herself as Sadie again. A doctor, she examined herself, confirming no one had been with her. But who saved her? She vaguely recalled someone calling her name—was it Elvis? Did he save her?

Before she could answer that question, she saw Elvis and Clara together. She checked online: "Princess Olive and a mysterious man enjoyed a candlelit dinner," one headline proclaimed. "Princess Olive was picked up by a mysterious man in a luxury car." Clara was clearly visible in the photos; the man's face was blurred.
