Just as Kyle was about to use another card, Belle burst into laughter.

“Oh my, Kyle! Your acting is superb. It’s a waste you don’t pursue acting. I thought you had a trick up your sleeve! You even tried to chase me away. So that’s why!”

Belle nodded. “I understand. You don’t have to pretend anymore. I know you’re ashamed and trying to use this method to make me regret it, right? It’s alright, I know. But this is ridiculous! Use another method. Aren’t you worried about becoming the laughingstock of others?”

Belle’s eyes were filled with condescension and pity. She continued laughing coldly, not letting Kyle speak. “Furthermore, it was Faith’s card! No wonder you visited her yesterday—you were trying to get money from her! She must have given you all her savings, didn’t she? And you’re shameful too! She was beaten and hospitalized, but you showed no concern and even took her card to put on this act in front of me! Sigh, my judgment of you was correct after all.”

Kyle, exasperation etched on his face, produced another card. “Why are you being so hasty? If that card doesn’t work, I can always use another one.”

Belle shook her head. “Alright, alright. If you want to embarrass yourself, go ahead. I’m not going to watch.” With that, Belle paused.

Kyle ignored her and gave the card to the staff member. “This card can be used at any Heavens Group business. I’ll give you the address; you can deliver the jewelry there.”

After one card was declined and Belle’s words, the staff member was about to roll her eyes when she heard Kyle’s statement. Nonetheless, curiosity prompted her to take the card.

When the staff member saw the unique patterns etched on the card’s surface, she blanked for a second before rushing to the counter to verify it.

After verification, the staff member trembled as she returned to Kyle. “M-Mr. Archer, we will definitely send your order on time. Is there anything else?”

Kyle shook his head, took back his card, and left.

After Kyle left, the staff members gathered.

“What card was that? He didn’t need to pay? I thought he was a swindler!”

“Before working at Heavens Group, all staff undergo mandatory training. They emphasize a special card called ‘The Seat of Heavens’ card. No payment is required, and the cardholder can withdraw 200 million dollars from any Heavens Group business. Only three of these cards exist.”

“Also, I noticed the card was labeled ‘One.’ Rumor has it only the founder of Heavens Group possesses that card. Don’t tell me Mr. Archer is the actual CEO behind the scenes!”

Kyle didn’t hear the gossip. Even if he had, it wouldn't have mattered. It was a pity Belle missed the staff member’s explanation and didn't see the Snow White Love jewelry Kyle bought. Otherwise, who knows what expression she would have worn?

Kyle calmly walked out of the shopping mall. Belle was at the entrance, filled with contempt when she saw him. His performance had given her the worst impression.

“Didn’t you say you were going to buy Snow White Love? Why are you empty-handed?”

Kyle replied naturally, “Who carries jewelry around? I had it delivered home.” His honest answer made Belle chuckle mockingly.

“Alright, alright. I underestimated you, Kyle. Consider this my acknowledgment of your acting skills. I’ll treat you to dinner.”

“Let’s go to Starry Sky Cuisines, the best restaurant in Kentonia. It’s on the top floor of Sky Achiever Tower. If you’re not a coward, feel free to come.” With that, Belle entered the lit…

Kyle didn’t care. He wasn’t paying, so whether he was a coward was irrelevant.

Sky Achiever Tower was very tall. The view of Kentonia’s night sky was visible from every seat in Starry Sky Cuisines.

Belle, dominant as ever, placed the order. “I have an idea of what you’ve been eating in jail. You’ve never had good food, so even if I let you order, you wouldn’t know where to start. Therefore, I’m ordering for you.”

Kyle was confused. “Eh, Belle, what are you so proud about?”

“You thought the rich life meant buying handbags, driving cars, living in houses you once admired, and occasionally enjoying a high-class meal like this?”
