Chapter 481

In the two hours Tiffany slept, the people on the field had been fighting amongst themselves. Fewer than ten people remained from the originally bustling crowd. He stood up and slowly walked toward them.

The remaining nine people belonged to two different groups, now facing each other. However, having expended so much energy, no one dared to make the first move.

When the two teams saw Tiffany, they dismissed her. They felt she couldn't possibly defeat them all.

Tiffany checked the time. She'd been in the arena too long and wasn't interested in wasting any more time. Rolling up her sleeves, she said slowly, "Since you don't dare attack, don't waste time. Team up and come at me together."

"Team up for you? Girl, you're crazy!" someone sneered.

Unexpectedly, Tiffany nodded seriously. "That's exactly what I meant."

Everyone laughed, convinced she was insane. Although only nine remained, their endurance proved their skill. They felt defeating Tiffany would be easy. They considered her challenge foolish.

The two groups wore expressions of contempt. Running out of patience, Tiffany stepped forward. With two swift strikes, she knocked down the two nearest men.

The others were shocked, realizing they'd underestimated her. "Attack her together!" Everyone lunged at Tiffany.

Despite Tiffany's skill, the audience believed she couldn't withstand a siege by nine strong men.

Those watching outside the arena exclaimed, "What a pity!" They felt sorry for the lone girl about to be eliminated.

Under the blazing sun, Tiffany stood firm. A gust of wind blew. She waved her hand, and a nearly invisible wave of powder dispersed.

Immediately, there was a series of thuds. In an instant, all nine men fell to the ground.

The audience was dumbfounded. They thought, "None of them made contact. How were they knocked out? Are you kidding me?"

Tiffany was the only person standing. The wind blew her hair, her clothes fluttering. Under the sunlight, she smiled brightly. She had won.

This battle had prizes and rewards; a rare pearl.

Tiffany returned to the stands and tossed the pearl to Felix.

She said, "I've kept my promise. It's time for you to keep yours."

She had the pearl, but Felix didn't seem happy; his expression was gloomy. Still, he stood and said, "Let's go."

Leaving the arena, he took Tiffany to his new villa, similar to his old castle. Before Tiffany entered, he glanced behind her. Someone was hiding in the bushes nearby, apparently on her side. Tiffany then went inside.

She expected Felix to cause more trouble, but he unexpectedly had someone retrieve the Treasure Box.

She thought, "Why is he so direct now?"

Tiffany studied his face, trying to read his expression. Felix leaned lazily on the sofa and said indifferently, "I'm not always good-tempered." He implied the agreement only held while he was in a good mood. When angered, anything could happen.

Tiffany said nothing. She reached out to touch the Treasure Box, wanting to see how it opened.

As her hand touched it, the blue light intensified.

Lorenzo stood nearby. Seeing this, his expression changed. He thought, "How is this possible? Tiffany didn't use a key. A light touch activated the Treasure Box?"

Lorenzo was dumbfounded. He thought, "So the Treasure Box is compatible with Tiffany. In that case, Tiffany's identity…"

Lorenzo looked at Felix, who remained lazily leaning on the sofa, his expression unchanged. He clearly knew.

Lorenzo thought, "Since he knew, why is he so calm? Doesn't he want revenge? Doesn't he want to kill her anymore?"

Lorenzo was shocked. His hand crept toward a gun at his waist.

But as his hand touched it, Felix coldly said, "Get out." His gaze was filled with warning and killing intent. Lorenzo retreated. Tiffany's attention remained on the Treasure Box.

For some reason, seeing the blue light, a strange, indescribable sense of familiarity intensified. It was like when she was in the Azure Sea Royal Family's maze—so familiar it felt like it belonged to her.

But she couldn't remember anything.

Tiffany frowned. "Is this an illusion? Why don't I have any memory of it?"

Having a headache, she dismissed the question. Hugging the Treasure Box, she softly asked, "I want to know Richard Hampton's future."

As she spoke, her vision darkened, like when she lost her sight in the past.

But then, light appeared, and images unfolded before her.

Royal Bay was shown. Richard sat on a sofa with a cold gaze. Nearby, a trembling girl—Grelle—had abrasions on her arm. The Treasure Box showed a current scene.

Tiffany was stunned. She thought, "So he really brought Grelle back to Royal Bay. What happens next?"

Tiffany wanted to watch more, but the scene changed. Before it vanished, Richard seemed to sense something. He looked toward Tiffany. Their gazes met; he seemed to have seen her. Tiffany's heart skipped a beat. The image dissipated, replaced by a sea of fire.

Tiffany saw herself burning, feeling the pain. Richard rushed in from the flames and rescued her.

Tiffany sighed in relief.

But the helicopter exploded. Before the explosion, Richard gave her a parachute and pushed her out, dying in the explosion; no remains were left.

Tiffany was stunned.
