Collin glanced at Chris, then said to Jessica, “Have you heard? Michael has started to make his move over there. I just got the news from Jaden. I don’t think Michael can wait much longer.”
Speaking of that, Jessica asked, “Why didn’t you bring him with you? Someone that important showing up here would have been quite the show.”
“He had a meeting tonight. Since I came to attend the banquet, he had to attend in my place.”

Jessica offered a quick apology. She had always been generous with talents.
“Michael is probably looking for you,” Nina tilted her head at Jessica. “You’d better head back out and deal with him.”
Jessica was rendered speechless.
