Patrick chuckled, used to his best friend's frequent girlfriend changes. It would be unusual if Brian didn't acquire a new girlfriend occasionally. However, if this starlet's replacement was truly so swift, she'd likely hold the record for his shortest relationship.

"Yes, I do," Brian said casually, maintaining eye contact with Jason.

Patrick felt nothing yet, but Jason's face fell, the air around him heavy with seriousness.

"Hey, Jason, what's wrong? Why so serious?" Patrick asked, sensing an odd, eerie atmosphere.

Jason ignored Patrick, his dark eyes fixed on Brian. He smirked suddenly. "Is the 'extra' your girlfriend's sister?"

"Yes. What a coincidence, isn't it?" Brian replied.

Jason's smirk widened, but his eyes remained cold. "Yes, what a coincidence."

He turned and walked toward the exit.

Patrick looked at Brian in disbelief. "Is Jason leaving? He hasn't even been here long."

Brian stared at Jason's retreating back, his expression serious.

"Did you guys say something I missed?" Patrick asked. He'd thought he understood, but now he wasn't so sure. How else could they react so inexplicably?

"Never mind. Some things are just too coincidental," Brian said, looking away.

He'd also heard Patrick mention Jason's apparent care for a woman. He just hadn't expected that woman to be Grace.

Grace, casually scrolling through videos while eating takeout, was currently watching an influencer's live stream. The influencer stood outside a venue, live streaming Emerald City's elite party.

The influencer explained that the elites would already be inside. Although she couldn't enter, she was waiting outside, hoping to encounter a celebrity as they left.

"Let's see how our luck is today. Why don't you guys wait with me?" the influencer asked, striking various cute poses for the camera.

Grace, though not a celebrity enthusiast, didn't expect the influencer to actually meet anyone. She was just watching for dinner entertainment.

The influencer interacted with her viewers, asking them to guess which celebrity she might encounter. She even set up a poll.

Suddenly, the person filming reminded her, "Someone's out."

The camera turned, revealing a figure leaving the venue.

The influencer exclaimed excitedly, "I wonder who it is! It's only been a short while since the party started. Are they leaving for something urgent? Let's zoom in and see! I hope it's the celebrity we're all looking forward to!"
