Chapter 76
Noelle replayed the screen recordings of her matches and explained them in detail. She spoke calmly and logically, and her analysis was spot on.
After analyzing the first match, the arrogant opponent from earlier publicly apologized in the live stream chat. “Sorry, Ms. Nally, I was being disrespectful earlier. Is it too late to apologize?!”
Noelle responded softly, “It’s okay; I won the match anyway.”
“Akto! She’s so generous yet so smug about it!”
“You totally won me over. It’s so rare to see skilled young women like you; I’ll definitely support you.”
Noelle continued analyzing all ten matches. By the end, she felt like her jaw would fall off. She drank some water and announced, “That’s all for the stream for now. We’ll continue tomorrow.”
At that moment, the screen was filled with countless pocket gifts.
Noelle felt frustrated when she saw Team Luminark’s name appear. She wondered what Lucas was up to. After all, hadn’t she already rejected his invitation that afternoon? She assumed he would have recognized her voice and was confused as to why he was still trying to recruit her. She thought it was absurd.
Lucas left a comment in the livestream chat, saying, “As long as you join Starlight, you can set any conditions you want, and we’ll make you the number one female gunner!”
Just as Lucas prepared to leave another comment, he suddenly realized he had been shadowbanned.
“What’s going on? Firestorm can’t handle it? They actually muted me?”
Lucas immediately tagged Firestorm’s official account. “What’s the deal? She’s too talented just to be a streamer. If she joins Team Luminark, she could win awards! What can you offer her?”
Magnus immediately replied, “I can invite her to my team!”
Magnus had been watching SweetNelly’s live stream too. He immediately called Cedric. “Cad, Noelle has to sign with Firestorm. We’re a family, after all. We can’t let such talent fall into the hands of outsiders.”
Cedric was in a VIP room during a business meeting. He replied calmly, “You want her to sign such an exploitative contract from Firestorm?”
Magnus was taken aback. “If Noelle says yes, she can set whatever conditions she wants!”
After all, Magnus wasn’t the actual boss of Firestorm Entertainment; it was his brother. Paying his future brother-in-law was moving money from one pocket to another. They were family, after all.
“Task her…”
After Cedric hung up the phone, he launched the Firestorm platform. The headline on the front page was Noelle’s matches from that night. Her followers had increased to 300,000!
He watched the video of her analyzing the matches and thought it looked incredibly professional. Without professional team training, analyzing matches in such a seasoned manner would be impossible.
Cedric sensed something amiss. There were things about Noelle that he didn’t know. At that moment, he received a screenshot of Noelle’s fan count, along with a happy emoji. He smiled and replied, “swiL.”
Noelle had waited a long time for his response, only to receive a simple three-word reply. Was there nothing else for him to say? Noelle was a little disappointed and wondered if Cedric was perhaps occupied with work.
She calculated her income from her streams over the past few days. It was a decent amount. There was also a contribution from the rocket gifts Lucas had sent. Naturally, she wasn’t going to turn that down. She earned the money with her own skills!
Noelle received a notification from her class group chat. “Everyone, please come to school tomorrow to submit your college application and take graduation photos!” The next morning, Noelle went to school.
When she entered the classroom, someone asked, “Noelle, are you SweetNelly?”
“Really, Noelle, just tell us! We’re so jealous of you. You’re awesome!”
Noelle felt a little awkward.
Xenia walked in, and Berry scoffed and said, “Stop gossiping, everyone. If Noelle were really the streamer, she would’ve been flaunting it on Instagram by now.”
