If people discover you’re related to Olivia, a third-rate actress, gossip magazines will have a field day digging into your private life. Your relationship with Olivia must stay secret. I know you’re being kind and want to help your sister, but Olivia is a lost cause. If she had even half your talent, maybe your help would make sense. But just look at her past roles—they’re embarrassing!” Daisy’s voice was filled with disdain, clearly seeing Olivia as a liability.

Amelia furrowed her brows. “Daisy, don’t say that. Olivia grew up in the countryside, and joining the entertainment industry has always been her dream…”

“Dreams aren’t enough. You need talent to survive here. The entertainment world isn’t a place where just anyone can make it big,” Daisy scoffed. “Honestly, how can two sisters be so drastically different?”

Amelia seemed conflicted, though a subtle smile flashed across her downturned eyes.

Daisy added, “I bet by the time we get to the set, Olivia will have already made Mr. Jos lose his temper. Let’s just hope he doesn’t drag you into his anger.”

Amelia sighed softly, but she secretly thought, I’ve timed this perfectly to watch the drama unfold.

Soon, the nanny van arrived at the studio, and Daisy accompanied Amelia inside.

The moment Amelia entered, Jos’s furious voice echoed across the set. “Do you even know how to act? What’s that thing on your neck, is it a melon? Use your head and think before you perform!”

Amelia’s eyes sparkled with amusement. As expected, Olivia had provoked Mr. Jos.

Daisy heard it too, her face instantly darkening. “There we go. I knew Olivia couldn’t handle even a third-lead role. Just look at how mad Mr. Jos is.”

As the crew noticed Amelia’s arrival, they hurried over to greet her, and she quickly became the focus of attention.

Amelia approached the set gracefully, eager to see Olivia crumble under Jos’s scolding. But when she reached the scene, she was met with a surprise—Jos was directing his fury at Willow instead!

Willow, dressed in a one-piece dress, looked pale as a ghost as Jos lashed out at her, tears streaming down her face.

Amelia blinked in surprise. What’s going on? Isn’t this supposed to be Olivia’s scene? Why is Willow getting scolded instead?

“Three takes and still no good! Do you think everyone else is here just for fun? If the next take isn’t perfect, you’re fired!” Jos’s spit practically flew into Willow’s face as he roared.

Willow, terrified of losing the role she had just secured, stood trembling with fear.

“Mr. Jos, Amelia’s here,” an assistant whispered.

Jos turned to look at Amelia. “Perfect timing. I’ve been thinking about the scene you shot yesterday. It was passable, but something was missing. I need you to reshoot it today.”
