"Bryce, it’s been a while." The moment Grimo laid eyes on Bryce, he exuded an icy, intimidating aura, embodying the demeanor of a ruthless king.
Upon seeing Grimo, Bryce instantly felt a chill run down his spine. "G–Grimo!"
"Boss…" The enchanting woman, Violet, who was standing next to Bryce, also revealed a timid expression at that moment.
"You two sure are good at conspiring, don’t you? Did you think you could get away after blowing up my arsenal?" Grimo sneered.
Bryce and Violet instantly got goosebumps.
"Let’s get out of here!" Bryce’s face paled as he seized the moment to escape.
As soon as he said that, members of Hellfire Creed dispersed in all directions, swiftly vacating the area.
Violet, petrified, was the fastest.
Grimo immediately roared, "Chase them!"
Upon witnessing this unexpected turn of events, Sebastian and his gang were taken aback.
It wasn’t until Sebastian recognized the top assassin, Adelar, that he realized these people were from the arsenal.
Judging by the current situation, Grimo’s gang had clearly come with the intention to confront Hellfire Creed. That meant they shared a common enemy.
With this in mind, Sebastian didn’t hesitate to give an order, "Follow them! Help them apprehend Hellfire Creed!"

After finally making it downstairs, Violet wanted to find an exit and make her escape. However, she discovered that nearly all the hospital’s exits were blocked by Adelar and his subordinates.
Anxiety gripped Violet’s heart. Her mind raced, and she came up with an idea. She flipped through the nearby window, leaping out.
Adelar was waiting for Violet when he spotted a graceful figure not too far away, staggering away.
He was instantly alert. "That’s Violet, the traitor! Chase her!"
His subordinates quickly pursued.
As Violet ran, she kept looking over her shoulder, seeing people catching up behind her. Her heart was pounding, almost ready to leap out of her chest, and her feet recklessly propelled her forward.
"Violet, you traitor! Stop right there!" Adelar shouted as he chased after her.
Terrified, Violet could only run for her life, her face pale as a sheet.
As she kept running, she soon realized the path ahead disappeared into a vast, pitch–black forest.
Steeling herself, she decided to make her way into the depths of the mountains.
The pathways within the mountain were a complex maze. She thought she could make good use of the intricate terrain to shake off her pursuers.
However, her plan was quickly thwarted.
Grimo came running down the stairs after Violet and spotted her running for her life in the distance. A glint of determination flashed in his eyes as he raised his gun, aiming directly at the running woman, specifically targeting her legs.
"Ah!" A bullet pierced through both her legs, sending her collapsing to the ground in pain. Apparently, Grimo, the arms tycoon, was an exceptionally skilled marksman.
"Traitor, where do you think you’re going?" Adelar and his gang quickly surrounded Violet.
Filled with fear, Violet scrambled to get away from them, but Grimo stepped forward, blocking her path. "Still thinking of running, huh?"
"Boss, I beg of you, spare me! On account of the years I’ve spent working for you, please spare my life!" Violet knew it was over for her, so she could only grovel at Grimo’s feet, admitting her mistakes.
With a cold huff, Grimo ignored her pleas. "Take her away. We’ll settle this score later."
One of Grimo’s subordinates immediately complied with the order.
Meanwhile, the members of Hellfire Creed were all either dead or injured, scattered in various directions.
Madelyn hid in the shadows and watched quietly, not daring to show herself because Sebastian was standing right next to Grimo. The two had clearly established a cooperative relationship, discussing something.
