Aubree shared Gina's concerns. "But what else can we do?" she asked, frowning. The photos clearly showed Lucian's intimacy with Roxanne.

Gina pondered before saying, "We must proceed with your marriage before they fully reconcile." Aubree's face darkened; she knew this, but lacked a plan. Gina's words offered no solution.

Unaware of Aubree's thoughts, Gina continued brainstorming. Finally, she said, "No matter what, we can't let them continue meeting. You must stay close to Lucian, preventing him from seeing her."

"I want to, but Lucian's been ignoring me. I can't even get near him! How can I replace that woman?" Aubree complained, sniffling.

Gina looked at her. "Who says you can't see him just because he's ignoring you? Move into his house. He'll be forced to spend time with you, even if he doesn't want to. Then, use some clever tactics to make him forget that woman."

Aubree hesitated. "Move into his house? He wouldn't allow it! Even before she returned, he forbade me from staying over, let alone now."

Gina frowned. Mother and daughter sat in silence, troubled.

After a moment, Gina said coldly, "If he refuses, we'll find a way to make him agree!"

Aubree, surprised by her mother's confidence, looked perplexed. Gina glanced at her, grabbed her phone, and ordered, "Come with me."

She left the room without waiting for a response. Aubree hesitated before following her to the study.

Samuel was working when he heard knocks. "Come in," he said. His wife and daughter entered, their sullen faces causing him to frown and set down his documents. "What's wrong?"

Aubree stood dejectedly behind Gina, unsure of her mother's intentions. Gina placed her phone before Samuel. "Look at this."

He looked dubious, then examined the photos. His expression mirrored Gina's grimness.

"Why is she still with Lucian?" he asked, looking at Aubree with sympathy. She remained silent, eyes red-rimmed.

"To get rid of her, we must act together. Getting Aubree into Lucian's house will end things for Roxanne," Gina stated seriously.

Aubree and Samuel were puzzled. "Act? How?"

A cold glint flashed in Gina's eyes as she beckoned them closer. They huddled together, listening to her plan.
