“The three men who just arrived have nothing to do with me. They are impostors. Please escort them out,” she told the security guard on the phone.

Upon hearing Skylar’s voice, Kenny and the others stood up.

“You’re still our sister, even if you deny it. That’s a fact! We’re offering an olive branch. Why won’t you accept it?” Samuel barked.

How dare she call security on us? Peter thought, his expression stern. “Tell us what you want. We’re all here, so state your demands. Name your price, but tell us who’s backing you.”

“Filing is easy. If you take a day off, we can file your adoption papers today,” Peter said firmly, his disdain barely concealed. Many people used underhanded tactics to gain inheritance rights, but he never expected his sister to stoop so low.
